Mr. Park joined the Board of Directors at Catamaran (formerly SXC Health Solutions) in May 2003, he served on various board committees including chairman of the audit committee, and member of the compensation and executive committees. When Mr. Park joined as CFO in early 2006, the company had just achieved $55 million in annual revenues and he was responsible to lead the company's financial, human resource, legal, shareholder and acquisitions strategy. He successfully helped complete and integrate 13 acquisitions of $5.5B, in addition to driving a successful IPO in 2006 as well as raising $0.9B in equity and $2.4B in debt. Mr. Park has been recognized by Institutional Investor as a top CFO in his industry. In 2014, while the company's revenues had reached approximately $21 Billion, Mr. Park was promoted to the position of EVP Operations, which is responsible for all PBM Operations, IT, Product Development, Government Programs, Quality, Innovation and Legal activities. Following the $13 billion dollar acquisition by Optum in 2015, Mr. Park lead the $65 billion OptumRX (subsidiary of United Health Group) as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Park was responsible for over 12,000 of the 16,000 employees including all PBM Operations, Quality, Government Programs, Innovation, Clinical Operations, Integration, Technology, Mail Order Pharmacy, and Member Services.

Jerry Shipkin is a VP Clinical Servives & CCO at CATAMARAN CORP and is based in Greater Chicago Area. He has worked as VP Clinical Services at CVS HEALTH CORP.

Prior to joining Ballast Point Ventures, Mike worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Investment Banking Group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta. Mike graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Finance (Dean’s List) and a minor in Real Estate, and from the Hough Graduate School of Business at the University of Florida with a Master of Arts with a major in International Business. Mike was a Florida Blue Key Inductee at the University of Florida and served as the Executive Producer of Gator Growl at the University of Florida from 2009-2010.

Scott Waguespack is a Chief Administrative Officer at CATAMARAN CORP and is based in Houston Texas Area. He has worked as Vice President of Field HR at CB&I and Vice President of Human Resources at APTIM. Scott studied at Nicholls State University.
