Product & Technical Support
Assist with evaluating new products, including technical and energy efficiency assessments
Compare specifications, features, and benefits of Emerson Swan and competitive products
Track and maintain technical documentation with a focus on energy-efficient solutions
Energy Sector & Utility Relationships
Support and nurture relationships with utility personnel and energy program stakeholders
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of utility rebate programs and energy efficiency incentives
Track, organize, and communicate rebate updates to internal teams and customers
Assist in aligning product offerings with utility program requirements
Market Research & Pricing
Gather market intelligence from Sales and industry sources to identify trends
Assist with pricing strategy and update competitive pricing matrixes
Support promotions, preseasons, and go-to-market initiatives
Report insights to Management and manufacturing partners
Sales Tools & Product Rollouts
Evaluate and develop sales tools that help customers quickly understand product value and efficiency benefits
Assist with new product rollouts, enhancing product introductions with clear, concise messaging

Develop technical cross-references and feature/benefit comparisons
