What are we looking for?
Catapult Health is seeking an QA Engineer to work alongside an experienced and skilled development team. The role will require automated and manual testing experience, solid foundation of the SDLC lifecycle with an appetite to be a key player in elevating the overall quality process to the next level.
How you will make an impact:
Test Planning and Design:
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand upcoming features and functionalities.
Analyze project requirements and user stories to identify critical test areas.
Ability to work effectively with evolving requirements.
Design test plans outlining the scope of testing, test cases, and methodologies for manual and automation testing
Test Case Creation and Execution:
Develop manual test cases covering various functionalities, user interactions, edge cases, and error scenarios.
Write or use existing automation testing frameworks to create tests for regression testing and improved test coverage.
Execute both manual and automation tests meticulously, logging results and capturing screenshots or recordings of any issues identified.
Defect Management:
Identify and document bugs and defects encountered during testing, including detailed steps to reproduce the issue.
Report defects using JIRA, clearly outlining the severity and expected behavior.
Track the progress of reported bugs, ensuring they are fixed and verified before deployment.
Communication and Collaboration:
Regularly communicate with developers to understand code changes and potential impacts on existing functionalities.
Attend team meetings to provide updates on testing progress, identified issues, and overall test coverage.
Collaborate with other QAs and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive testing approach.
Closely collaborate with deployment team to understand and contribute to deployment processes.
QA Environment management
Making sure test data is up to date and collaborate with DevOps team to maintain test environments.
Contribute to setting up Continuous delivery pipeline by integrating automated tests to the software build process.
Staying Updated:
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Catapult Health business processes and interdependencies supported by our software systems/products.
Continuously learn and improve your testing skills to adapt to evolving technologies and project requirements.
Our technology solution consists of multiple applications and services that enable delivery of preventive checkups. To maintain the quality of the product offering, we employ Kanban framework of agile development model that includes requirements gathering, software development, Software code review, staging verification, followed by production verification.
What you need to be successful:

5+ years of experience in software development/quality assurance environments to include:
Automation and Manual Testing experience
Experience working with Selenium/playwright or other open-source automation tools
Experience writing and executing quality test cases.
Experience working with source control repositories such as GitHub and understand modern branch management techniques like Git flow and trunk flow.
Demonstrate experience with CI/ CD tools to integrate testing tools into Continuous delivery pipeline.
Experience with Kanban or other Agile frameworks.
Programming experience working with languages such as JavaScript with node.js environment.
Experience in creation of SQL queries to validate & understand application behavior
Strong foundation of working with and testing REST APIs using Postman, REST Assured, etc.
Defect management and defect triaging.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant experience

The Traveling Operations Assistant is a seasonal, hourly position from September 30th through November 19th. You will support our client site clinics by assisting with physical measurements (height, weight, and abdominal circumference) and setting up patients for a video conference. This role is ideal for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals who enjoy travel, hands-on work, and delivering excellent patient service. Prior healthcare experience is NOT required;
full training is provided.
How you will make an impact:
Capture and record patient measurements: height, weight, and abdominal circumference
Connect patient with Catapult Nurse Practitioner for health consultation via video conference. This is the bread and butter of the checkup, so it's important to be tech savvy!
Support clinic set-up, take down and restocking
Deliver friendly, professional, patient-focused service
Always maintain confidentiality of patient personal and medical information
Work effectively as a team player to ensure smooth clinic operations
What you need to be successful:
Reliable transportation to get you to and from events within a 100-mile radius.
For insurability reasons, must possess and maintian a valid state drivers license at all times, have and maintain a clear driving history and be at least 21 years of age (due to driving company vans and rental cars).
Strong customer service interaction skills, required!
Ability to travel overnight from Sunday through Saturday, each week.
Availability to work and/or travel 6-7 days per week beginning September 30 and running through November 19. Specific shifts assigned will vary based upon business needs.
Ability to report to work as early as 6 AM and end as late as 5 PM. Punctuality is important!
Ability to juggle multiple tasks while engaging with patients simultaneously.
Ability to follow proper clinical process/procedure at all times.
Must maintain high level of customer service, professionalism and confidentiality (patient medical information).
You will operate in a team environment, so ability to get along/work well with others is imperative!
Role requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop and kneel for extended periods of time throughout the day.

A Clinical Program Therapist who excels in this role:
Is responsible for providing psychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individual and family therapy for patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues. Ensures accurate and timely patient documentation.
Conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems.
Displays active involvement in treatment planning process.
Provides family session counseling to all patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members and support groups.
Actively communicates with clients, families, and outside referral sources. Demonstrates proactive communication with those involved with the patient's treatment.
Works well with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, utilization review and nursing staff members. Demonstrates active communication with team members.
Effectively communicates to UR on treatment and LOS issues.
Completes appropriate paperwork for clients in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
Demonstrates appropriate crisis intervention and de-escalation skills. Acts as member of team with crisis situation occurs, assisting others to ensure patient safety.
Completes accurate assessments of patients utilizing clinical skills. Assists care coordination department as requested.
Completes all documentation thoroughly, timely, and in accordance with hospital standards.
Displays a thorough knowledge of confidentiality. Completes releases appropriately. Demonstrates knowledge of HIPAA regulations and abides by those standards.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of all clinical regulations, including TJC, Medicaid, and state and federal laws.
Displays active involvement in the discharge, transition, and after-care planning treatment processes

The PRN Nurse Practitioner Bilingual (English amd Spanish) is responsible for counseling patients on a preventive checkup using a remote (telehealth) consultation platform with our English and Spanish speaking patients. While the patient is remote, the NP's hosting the consultations will work in our Catapult Health office in Dallas, TX (Addison area). Catapult's licensed Nurse Practitioners review each patient's risk of diabetes, heart attack, and stroke. Additionally, our Nurse Practitioners screen for depression and make referrals based on those results. How you will make an impact:
Perform private preventive assessments of our patients through Catapult's video conference tool. This is your way to truly empower every patient to make lifestyle changes and improve their health!
Educate all patients on health risk status related to diabetes, heart attack, and stroke prevention.
Utilize Catapult's exclusive Electronic Medical Record to document all consultations.
Identify risk, provide clinical consultation and create an individualized action plan based on each patient's results. This action plan will be specific to each patient and their individual health path(s) going forward.
Assess depression status/risk of each patient and refer them to depression resources, based on the assessment of that patient.
Identify and refer each patient to employee carrier resources, based on each patient's individual results.
Actively engage patients in creating an action plan for their future health. This is a way to help the patient own a plan for going forward that works for them and they're comfortable owning!
Counsel each patient based on current clinical guidelines (AHA, ACC, etc.)
What you need to be successful:
Bilingual English and Spanish - written and verbal communication
Current TX RN license (Compact license required)
Current (unencumbered) TX state license as APRN
Must be currently licensed in at least 3 additional states as a Nurse Practitioner (in addition to Texas)
Must be willilng to beocme licensed in at least 3-5 additional states in a short timeframe in order to see patients in the various states that our clients are located in.
Current national certification as FNP, AGNP, or ANP
Must provide availability and work (when offered) a minimum of 20 hours week. (Operating days are Monday through Sunday).
Shifts normally begin as early as 7:00AM and end as late as 9:00PM - Monday through Friday; Saturday's and Sunday's 8am - 3pm
At least 1 year of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care or Internal Medicine)
Strong computer skills (Ability to type and interact with patient simultaneously)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to consult patients and keep them actively engaged. You want the patient to feel comfortable with you, so the consult should feel like more of a conversation!
Ability to stand or sit; talk and hear by headset; ability to type for the duration of each shift.

The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA, LPTA) performs treatment and provides exercise instruction and patient education aimed at improving/enhancing the patient's well-being while following the established plan of care.
