Pros of working at Catapult Learning

The training was very good and the staff that I worked with were very helpful. I enjoyed working in the elementary schools and tutored mostly math and a few literacy classes. I particularly liked when I saw a student get excited about having grasped a concept after being stuck on how to solve the problem.

Catapult Learning benefits

I worked part time so the benefits I had were 3 sick days and participation in the retirement plan, and the hourly pay was very good. I was out sick 1 day in 2 seasons and happy to have not lost any pay as a result.

What do you like best about Catapult Learning's CEO and the leadership team?

It is such a big company that I never met the CEO but the entire management team, both corporate and local, were great to work with. They were always engaged and helpful, provided a lot of training, and followed up if supplies and books were requested.

How did you prepare for the Catapult Learning interview?

When preparing for an interview, I research the company/school department website to learn about their history, jobs, culture, and management. I also read the job listing very carefully so I understand the job requirements and expectations. Then I ask people who either worked there or in the case of a school department I ask anyone who attended the schools. I find out who I will be interviewing with and the name and position of the hiring manager.

How does your compensation at Catapult Learning compare to the industry average?

I believe it was above the industry average.
