Work from home. Can choose to work 10hr. shift. No work on weekends. Time off requests are usually approved.
Company has taken away 401k match. Health insurance cost keeps increasing every year. Leadership has favorite employees and it shows. Managers are unprofessional, have no clue how to manage, like to hover over people and always are dictating what to do. There is no breathing room anymore, you have to account for every second you are on the clock. No more employee autonomy. No part time shifts. No time to regroup after heavy coaching sessions such as when members are suicidal. Coaches mental and physical health is deteriorating. Morale is low. Workflows are elaborate and non efficient, it seems like nobody has any training in rapid improvement processes.
Working with underserved communities.
I don’t like anything. The former CEO was indicted for stock fraud. Leadership will set unrealistic metric goal expectations, and always setting its employees to fail. Supervisor has an attitude of take it or leave it making the employees understand that they are quickly replaceable even though half the staff has gone through a lot of hardship with this company for years and have endured over 5 layoffs.
Have RIM+ and PDSA training for all stars. Have a rapid improvement team composed of employees of different departments to come up with better brainstorming and processes. Have continuous educational courses for supervisors and managers. Leadership to be part of a more in person conversation with the front force. Bring back 401k match. Provide part time specially when employee is needing to improve it’s own health.
Practiced coaching sessions with family members.
Underpaid in the nursing field. Average pay for the coaching field.
All leadership is Caucasian.
Joy is gone. Only reason to stay is to help the underserved community.
Great working hours & friendly team in Clinical Operations
Managers are 2 faced- They don't mind you going out of your way to help them, but when you need something they act like they don't know.
