Poor management, salary, work ethic; unsafe work environment; no opportunity for advancement; no diversity.

Benefits what?? Perk??? Insurance was decent, only for full time employees.

What leadership.

How would you improve Catawba Science Center's culture?

Fire upper mgmt, this is a nonprofit that is putting out more than it takes in. The Center is cutting into reserves yet pays out a $20K bonus per year to the CEO. There is no middle mgmt.
