The person in this position operates a light duty motor vehicle in expediting and transporting of items needed for catered functions and performs basic food preparation.

Essential Functions:
Expedite, load, transport, unload and set up food, various small wares and supplies for catered functions in a courteous and professional manner. Coordinate delivery and set-up with sensitivity to time management and advance planning, assuring that all deliveries meet scheduling requests and in time to achieve careful visual presentation. Ensure that buffet items are displayed with sensitivity to the visual presentation required by a discerning clientele. Ensure the proper use and cleanliness (inside and out) of catering motor vehicles, which includes fueling and updating/maintaining a mileage log sheet. Report repairs needed to the Catering Manager. Makes daily deliveries for catering.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
