With the Director, Home Sales and Leasing, contribute help develop and implement a program to convert home renters into home owners. · With the Director of Sales and Marketing, train on-site teams in effective sales and customer support. · Supervise Community Managers' execution of community owned home inspections, renovations and move-ins to assure timely turnovers and proper lease documentation. · With Vice President, Property Performance and Vice President, Asset Maximization, set quarterly goals for community-owned home sales and vacant site fill. Financial Management · Lead monthly financial and operating review with each Community Manager. Teach Community Managers how to read income statements and balance sheets and write variance explanations. · Annually, with each Community Manager and the Vice President, Asset Maximization and Controller, prepare the operating goals and operating and capital budget. · Prepare quarterly discretionary bonus program for participating on-site staff.
