It all began in 1997, with the opening of the now Greenville dining staple, Soby's New South Cuisine. Table 301 is now Soby's, The Lazy Goat, NOSE DIVE, Southern Pressed Juicery, Highway 301 Food Truck and Table 301 Catering, and CAMP.

Responsibilities of Catering Staff:

• Preparing food in a clean kitchen environment
• Consulting with customers about any order questions
• Transporting food via our company provided vehicles
• Knowing all the food ingredients
• Providing excellent customer service

Catering Staff Job Requirements:

• Excellent cooking and food preparation skills
• Catering experience is a plus
• Great attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• A friendly and positive attitude
• Must have early morning availability with a 6am start time being very typical as we are a high-volume breakfast caterer
• Must have a valid driver's license as you will be driving our company provided catering delivery vehicles

Pay Type: Hourly $10 to 14/Plus delivery fee (pay dependent on experience)

Summary of position

This position is

responsible for maintaining relationships and building repeat catering sales

with existing catering guests by organizing and execution of catering orders

with operational excellence through Genuine Hospitality.

Duties & Responsibilities-

• Planning, assigning, and directing with input from store management for catering team members.
• Maintaining labor costs by adhering to schedules put before them
• Position is very hands on with excessive interaction with staff and customers during events.
• Assists with assembling catering orders and delivery logistics
• Requisition food and supplies, as needed during events.
• Assist with preparation and set-up and tear-down of event room when necessary.
• Complies with Health Department rules and regulations
• Always provide friendly and courteous customer service.
• Remain at assigned station and perform duties as assigned according to each event
• Inventory Control, to include counting and requisitioning food and supplies, as needed before, during and after the events
• Adhere to strict grooming standards and policies of company for themselves and the employees
• Responsible for maintaining existing Guest relationships and creating repeat catering orders
• Responsible for making marketing drops to potential clients
• Communicate effectively with Guests to execute catering orders
• Motivates and supports Team Members with in-store training of catering operations
• Proper knowledge of all catering Standard Operating Procedures, Packaging and Recipes
