The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors by performing preventive maintenance, routine and emergency repairs, and assisting with regulatory compliance efforts. The Director of Nursing is responsible for the daily clinical operations of resident care within the community. Administrative responsibilities include providing development of future health care delivery strategies, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
