The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of the program, including player development, team culture, competitive success, and alignment with the values of St. Petersburg Catholic and Barons Athletics. Primary Responsibilities Program Leadership * Serve as the leader and ambassador of the boys lacrosse program. * Establish and maintain a positive team culture rooted in sportsmanship, discipline, accountability, and respect. * Uphold and model the values and mission of St. Petersburg Catholic High School. Coaching & Player Development * Plan and conduct effective, well-organized practices that emphasize skill development, teamwork, and game strategy. * Teach fundamental and advanced lacrosse skills appropriate to all levels of the program. * Develop athletes physically, mentally, and emotionally. Game Management * Prepare and manage all aspects of games, including lineups, substitutions, strategy, and in-game adjustments. * Ensure athletes demonstrate proper sportsmanship and professionalism at all times.
