What You'll Do:

The beautiful State of Maine has 2 Full-Time openings for a teacher of students with visual impairments. The positions are based out of the Portland and Brunswick areas.
TVI's in Maine are itinerant and follow a school year calendar. The TVI's provide direct and consultative services to children with or without additional disabilities birth through age 21 or completion of high school. Services include instruction and consultation in all areas of the expanded core curriculum.
We work in homes, daycares, public, and private schools. Though Maine is a geographically large and rural state, we have a very supportive community of TVI's in Maine, all who are employed by Catholic Charities Maine. Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will hold a college degree (Bachelors or Masters) in teaching students with a visual impairment. Must meet state of Maine certification requirements. TVIs must be good strong communicators and willing to work as a team. They must be able to demonstrate strong braille skills or a willingness to develop those skills including UEB for technical. Knowledge of the implications of vision loss on education is essential.

Catholic Charities Maine's Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is dedicated to helping adults and families struggling with a mental health diagnosis and/or substance use disorders. We are an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse care managers, clinicians, care coordinators, and peer support specialists who provide an integrated and mission-guided approach to client care for adults and families.
Definition : The Operations Manager (O.M.), coordinating with the Core Leadership Team and at the direction of the Regional Director, responds to the daily operational needs of BHN South programs. Programmatic operational needs include maintaining a safe and functional workspace, direct supervision of the Team Support Staff, communication and collaborative troubleshooting of IT, phone, and facility concerns, identifying, provisioning and arranging for coverage for gaps in day-to-day programming, oversight of scheduling, inventory and office supply coordination, and in collaboration with Core Leadership Team members consistently and directly supporting team members with sustaining, consistent performance in alignment with state, agency and programmatic goals and objectives. The O.M. generally works in an office setting using computers and works in community and home settings for which travel may be required. The O.M. position is a salaried, on-site position that includes scheduled evening and weekend support to the program.
Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associates Level Degree or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred) with experience and/or training in administrative oversight and supervision.
A Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician Certification (MHRT-C or provisional) is strongly preferred (will consider candidates who are MHRT-C (or provisional) eligible and can complete full status post hire).
Three to six years of progressive supervisory experience, to include office, facility and personnel management, data tracking and monitoring of quality and contract outcomes, along with computer literacy to include electronic health records, excel and telehealth platforms.
Prior operations experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
Must have working knowledge of computer software applications including the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, electronic health records, and telehealth platforms.
Will have the ability to function as a member of a team and uphold timely and accurate communication across multiple programs.

Position Summary:
The Community Response Coordinator (CRC) is a trained and supervised professional who plays a vital role in connecting individuals to supportive services at CCM and within the broader community.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial point of contact, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for individuals seeking services.
Enter client data into the electronic health record system.
Conduct accurate screenings and assessments.
Facilitate completion of consent-to-treat forms and inform clients of their rights and scope of services.
Ensure seamless and timely transitions throughout clients' treatment experience.
Develop and maintain relationships with community providers supporting children, adults, and families.
Receive, process, and facilitate referrals and manage referral workflows.
Coordinate scheduling of provider and service appointments with the scheduling team.

Process intakes and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Provide linkage to clinical and nursing support as needed during initial screening.

Definition: The Lab Services Technician shall be a trained, supervised professional who will work as an integral part of the Behavioral Health Network (BHN) Team to support drug screening for individuals enrolled in BHN programs. The Lab Services Technician is responsible for collecting biological specimens both in the office and as needed in the community. Primary duties include adhering to safe handling guidelines while collecting specimens, direct observation of collection of the specimen, maintaining the integrity of the collection process per programmatic protocol for all specimens, maintaining concurrent records for reporting purposes, obtaining initial insurance and identification verification for processing purposes in addition to timely packaging and mailing of the specimens.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required.
Certified Nurse Aide of Medical Assistant certification preferred.
Previous experience in the medical field preferred.
Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality and confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high-quality standard.
Attention to detail.
Must have the ability to connect and share information with team members across multiple programs and a variety of disciplines.
Basic computer skills are essential to this role.
Schedule: On-Call hours as scheduled. Hours are scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. with most hours falling between 10:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Schedule will vary based on programmatic and client need.
Starting Salary: $18.35 - $19.00 per hour.
