JOB SUMMARY: Catholic Charities is seeking a self-motivated leader who is dedicated and detail-orientated, compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware to serve as a Supervisory Teacher at its Northside Child Development Center.
They are responsible for supervision of classroom including the planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate program for assigned groups, and responsible for supervision of classroom staff, including maintaining compliance with Rule 3, compliance with Hennepin County Contract, and compliance with Agency and Center policies and procedures. They are also responsible for maintaining positive relationships among staff, children, parents, volunteers and community.
This position requires the candidate to have a valid Minnesota driver's license.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensure licensing, accreditation, and strong beginnings standards are adhered to at all times.

Coordination of daily programming and ensuring all areas of development are met.
Ensure communication with parents daily.

Supervise and work with children's individual needs; meeting children where they are.
Works cooperatively and respectfully with all staff, supervisors, management, and volunteers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must meet Minnesota Department of Human Services licensing qualifications as stated in Rule 3 for a teacher.
Two (2) years of relevant experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development, Education or related field preferred.
Experience working in center-based child-care.
Must have valid driver's license, clean driving record and current proof of insurance coverage.
Ability to work with those who may be experiencing homelessness, unstable housing, mental illness or low-income populations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides HR consultation and operational support to leaders and staff across Catholic Charities, serving as a consistent point of contact for day-to-day people-management guidance.
Supports employee engagement, retention, and performance management by advising and coaching managers on attendance, conduct, documentation, corrective action, and consistent policy application.
Leads and supports basic employee relations matters, facilitating timely resolution in partnership with supervisors and HR leadership, and escalates higher-risk or complex issues to the Director of HR Operations or CHRO/Chief Legal Officer.
Coordinates and administers employee leaves, including FMLA, MN PFML, state and local leave programs, and internal leaves; enforces compliance, consistency, and clear communication with employees and leaders.
Conducts and assists with workplace investigations and enforces compliance with employment-related laws, regulations, collective bargaining agreements (as applicable), and Catholic Charities' policies.
Partners closely with and is a member of the HR team (including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll), the Legal Department, and the Compliance Department to support coordinated, cross-functional matters, projects and initiatives.
Co-develops and delivers HR training in partnership with the HR, Learning & Development, Legal, and Compliance Departments, with a focus on building foundational supervisory and people-management skills across the organization.
Builds strong working relationships with leaders, managers, and staff across Catholic Charities; collaborates effectively across teams; and serves as a trusted, accessible HR resource.
Communicates and reinforces human resources systems, practices, and policies; monitors effectiveness; identifies gaps or risk areas; and contributes to continuous improvement of human resources operations and processes.
Leads or supports agency-wide HR projects, including process improvements, policy implementation, and stabilization initiatives, as assigned.
Exercises delegated decision-making authority in the absence of, or under the direction of, HR leadership, consistent with established policies, risk thresholds, and escalation guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS/TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible human resources experience, with experience in employee relations, leave administration, and HR operations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven HR environment while supporting meaningful organizational change.
Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and best practices across core areas of human resources.
Demonstrated consultative and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders at varying levels of experience.
Ability to travel independently to Catholic Charities' work locations throughout the Twin Cities, as needed.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, effectively prioritize, and follow work through to completion.

JOB SUMMARY
The Mental Health Case Manager will be embedded in one of Catholic Charities' permanent supportive housing program and will be assigned to manage a case load of clients with mental health needs. The Mental Health Case Manager will report to the Program Manager with oversight from the Director of Behavioral Health. The practitioner will provide services that are rehabilitative and enable the client to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment, social competencies, community skills and independent living skills. The practitioner will support the client in strengthening skill areas needed according to their treatment plan. Catholic Charities provides services to clients in Hennepin or Ramsey County.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Conduct individual assessments, assessing functional strengths, resources and needs.
Develop individualized, person-centered, trauma informed community support plans.
Implement interventions identified in support plan, support client with referrals to external providers, maintain connection with external providers and provide case coordination support.
Develop therapeutic relationship with team and client. Supports and advocates on behalf of client in the procurement of services and benefits entitlement, assisting with required paperwork as necessary.
Maintains complete case documentation and records, as required by Catholic Charities, the funders, or licensure/regulatory bodies. Ensure confidentiality of all records and interactions.
Coordinate services both internally and externally including county case manager, family/guardian of client, work personnel, medical personnel, etc.
Attend supervision, case consultation meetings and participate in team-based decisions regarding all clients and services.
Maintain client files, update client files, update treatment plans a minimum of once every six months and do all required documentation as specified in DHS guidelines, utilizing professional writing skills.
Responsible for reviewing and ensuring the relevance, accuracy, and timeliness of data and reporting for purposes of accountability and client outcomes.
Provide case management to support housing retention, including supporting timely rent payment, renewal of benefits, maintaining a habitable housing unit, etc.
May transport clients

Under the direction of the on-site Chef/Supervisor, this individual assists in and maintains the Food Service areas - including dishwashing, floor cleaning, equipment and area sanitizing, and proper receiving and storage of incoming products.
They support the Chef and Volunteers in maintaining the kitchen, dining room, and all food, small-wares, and equipment-storage areas. This position requires the ability to provide friendly, customer-focused service to Catholic Charities clients and volunteers while maintaining strong relationships with shelter, housing, and program staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and three-sink cleaning/sanitizing systems.
Use chemicals in equipment and work areas safely, as trained.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining room areas.
Stock and rotate food supplies in all storage areas.
Attend required trainings, workshops, and staff development activities.
Assist with kitchen maintenance, security of equipment and product, and adherence to health and safety standards per health-department regulations.

JOB SUMMARY: Catholic Charities is seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware individual to join Catholic Charities as a Diversion Navigator.
The Diversion Navigator provides compassionate, trauma-informed support to individuals and families seeking emergency shelter. This role helps clients identify safe alternatives to shelter, mediates housing-related barriers, and connects people to community resources that promote stability and prevent homelessness. The Diversion Navigator is an essential part of the Hennepin County Continuum of Care (CoC) coordinated assessment system, helping ensure equitable access to housing services for adults and families in crisis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Conduct initial screenings, crisis stabilization, and diversion assessments for callers seeking emergency shelter.
Collaborate with clients to develop diversion plans that may include landlord or family mediation, short-term financial assistance, or linkage to other housing resources.
Maintain working relationships with community partners such as Ramsey County, YWCA, Project Home, The Family Place, domestic violence shelters, veterans' services, and other prevention agencies to ensure clients are connected to the appropriate level and type of service.
Coordinate closely with County Financial Assistance workers to verify eligibility, complete documentation, and process payments such as rent, utilities, or damage deposits when applicable.
Track and report required data in HMIS and other systems accurately and promptly.
Maintain a resource referral database and stay informed about community programs, coordinated assessment processes, and housing stabilization initiatives.
Provide education, coaching, and advocacy to support clients in navigating systems and achieving housing stability.
Contribute to program evaluation, service delivery improvement, and collaborative team meetings.
Represent Catholic Charities at community events and meetings as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Housing Support Representative will act as a liaison and provide superior customer service while assisting residents, outside agency providers, and vendors. Assist supervisor with the training of new Social Workers on their team, including shadowing and being shadowed on home visits with the new Social Worker, training new Social Workers on how to complete paperwork, and answering questions as they arise from new staff
Facilitate or assist with the facilitation of team meetings at supervisor's request

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERTISE:
Must be in good standing and meeting all performance expectations of the Social Worker I role.
Current MN Social Work License (LSW/LGSW/LISW/LICSW)
One (1) year of broad-based clinical experience preferred.
One (1) year of management experience, including supervisory experience preferred
Experience in individual, family, and group counseling preferred.
One year of experience as a case manager/care coordinator, preferably in health plan care coordination or county waiver case management

Ensure regular rounds are completed by checking all exits, fire doors, and safety equipment, as well as monitoring residents' activities in common areas to guarantee safety and security of co-workers and clients
May drive van and/or administer breathalyzers, as required for program.
Assist supervisor/manager with program development, facility operations, and help ensure that agency, divisional, and site policies and procedures are followed
Help coordinate activities between employees and community partners/volunteers.

JOB SUMMARY

Department Administrative Support and Coordination:

Work closely with A&E leaders and board members to facilitate logistics for two major annual events: Spirit of the Season Gala (including liaising with a hired event planner) and Giving Tree.
Coordinate with and across departments and divisions (volunteer, advocacy, engagement, advancement, and, occasionally, culture and belonging) to develop and meet timeline and deliverables on outreach efforts including monthly and annual meetings and events.
Working with A&E team members to coordinate departmental actions across the Agency (CCTC) including Legal Compliance, Executive Team + Board of Directors notifications, Facility Service requests, Program Manager notifications
Leader Support:
Assist with schedules, calendars, and meeting planning (internal and external).
Support Leader's activity by engaging with the Development Database Manager to enter information and pull reports from Salesforce as requested.
Assist with monthly expense reporting of VPs and their direct reports; pull monthly budget reports as requested.
Assist with preparation of PowerPoint presentations and formatting and proofing letters and other written materials.
Assist with department-driven certifications and compliance agencies.
Monitor email inboxes for info@ and events@ addresses.
Coordinate general department and subset meetings.
Agency Support:
Provide support for engagement with Board of Directors, including coordinating two Board Committee meetings: Development, and Advocacy and Community Relations. Create and distribute the meeting books, create invites for and correspond with committee members + staff liaisons, and take + record meeting minutes.
Collaborate with the Office of CEO on agencywide activities and requests.
Liaise with the Office of the CEO regarding department's involvement with agency-wide meetings and trainings.
Participate in activities with agency program staff and support fronts desk staff as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS/TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar professional area. Project management experience. Ability to represent Catholic Charities in a professional, respectful manner.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task on simultaneous projects while meeting assigned deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
