Job Responsibilities Monitor and assess patients with complex or evolving health conditions, often requiring telemetry or continuous observation. Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and other treatments as prescribed. Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to clinical changes. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record (EHR). Qualifications Active RN license in good standing. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in stepdown, telemetry, ICU, or med-surg nursing.
