Responsibilities
Acquire the people talent needed to fulfill the Genesis mission of providing compassionate, high quality health care as a recruiter.
*Conduct full life cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
*Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned openings.
*Grow candidate pipelines for assigned positions.
*Establish favorable working relationship with hiring managers providing regular updates.
*Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing excellent customer service.
*Manage assigned requisitions to meet key talent acquisition performance indicators.
Qualifications
*Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in recruiting, sales, marketing, customer service, health care, or a related field is required. *Must have at least one or more years of experience in recruiting and a proven track record of positive results and demonstrated competence with recruiting techniques.

Posted Salary Range
USD $60,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Hr.

Position: Hiring Coordinator (Recruiter)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (occasional weekends are a possibility)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
What You'll Do:
As a key member of our hiring team, you'll be responsible for recruiting and onboarding the compassionate caregivers who are the heart of our mission. You'll manage every step of the hiring journey-from outreach to orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed weekly hiring goals
Create, manage, and optimize employment ads
Engage in proactive applicant outreach and follow-up
Attend job fairs and explore creative sourcing strategies
Conduct interviews and new hire orientations
Manage onboarding, including background checks and data entry
Collaborate with our Scheduling Team to prioritize hiring needs
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a high-energy, tech-savvy, and people-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable on the phone and computer, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and ideally have experience in recruitment or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in hiring, recruiting, or HR
Background in home care or healthcare (a plus)
Proficiency with social media and employment platforms
