Pros of working at Cato Fashions

I love Cato so much! It’s a great first retail job. The work load is not heavy most of the time, it’s mostly smaller stores (nothing to get too overwhelmed by), and a 5-8 person staff provides low drama (most of the time). We are all family here!

Cons of working at Cato Fashions

The corporate team seems to be quite cheap when I comes to any sort of spending: wage (minimum most of the time if no prior experience), store up keep, reliable shipment crew, store renovation, window cleaning, and security of dumpsters. They do the bare minimum to say they did “something”.

Cato Fashions benefits

Favorite perk is that you and your immediate family who lives in the same home as the employee gets a 20% discount; even on clearance items! Examples would be living with parents, sibling, spouse, or child. So long as they live with the employee under one roof. They would have to provide proof of your name, employee number, and if you are not present, proof of residency.
