The Dean of Academic Affairs and Operations is responsible for development, organization, facilities utilization, instructional delivery, student support services and overall operation of the academic programs at the assigned campus. The Dean of Academic Affairs and Operations serves as the academic leader and manager of all instructional programs offered by Spartan College.
