Supervise and lead UAW staff members, which involves prioritizing tasks and projects, determining daily work assignments, preparing and coordinating weekly work schedules. Mentor and foster the development of those under your supervision by providing ongoing training and feedback. Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in agriculture, animal sciences, or related field with at least 4 years of experience in the management of an animal facility or equivalent combination of education and experience.
