The Manager of Accreditations and Approvals is expected to propose and execute data-driven decisions related to accreditations and approvals related to educational activity requirements. WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Lead, mentor, and oversee Accreditation Specialists/Analysts, ensuring high-quality execution and risk mitigation. * Interpret, implement, and monitor accreditation standards and organizational compliance requirements. * Develop accreditation strategies aligned with regulatory changes, licensure trends, and market growth opportunities. * Partner with executive leadership to communicate accreditation insights, risk projections, and strategic recommendations. * Drive cross-functional alignment by integrating accreditation requirements into product, content, marketing, sales, and services workflows. * Serve as the primary liaison for all accrediting and approving bodies, maintaining strong relationships and timely communication. * Create and maintain customer-facing and internal accreditation policies, ensuring transparency and regulatory integrity. * Oversee all accreditation deliverables, renewals, audits, and documentation with precision and accountability. * Assign strategic initiatives to team members based on expertise, capacity, and professional development goals. * Cultivate a culture of process improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the accreditation team. * Identify target healthcare audiences and ensure educational content aligns with professional scope-of-practice standards. * Conduct market and regulatory analysis to identify content gaps that may impact licensure renewals or credential maintenance. * Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance accreditation workflows, document accuracy, and compliance oversight. * Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements across learner systems and internal processes. * Perform ROI analysis on new and existing accreditation opportunities to guide organizational investment decisions. * Assess compliance risks and execute mitigation strategies to safeguard accreditation status across all programs. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable, compliant processes for course creation, review, and delivery. * Manage the annual accreditation budget, including forecasting growth, resource needs, and operational costs. * Engage in ongoing professional development and represent the organization as a thought leader in accreditation innovation.
