Senior Accounts Payable Analyst:
The primary objective for the Senior Accounts Payable Analyst will be to lead and support the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable function with an emphasis on processing corporate and restaurant invoices, payments, and expense reports in timely manner. They will bring a detail-oriented, tech-forward approach to AP functions. They are responsible for completing the daily/weekly/monthly duties of AP, including working with outside vendors, other departments, and restaurant general managers.
What You'll Do:
* Process and review accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Review, analyze, and reconcile vendor statements and aged payables reports to ensure all liabilities are recorded.
* Process manually received invoices with accurate coding, thoroughly review all supporting documentation and enter into ERP system
* Appropriately code line items to correct GL account, department, and location using Ottimate
* Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and reporting
* Maintain accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files
* Manage Accounts Payable inbox, forwarding invoices received to the appropriate party for approval, and answering vendor inquiries
* Research aged payments and reconcile with AP Manager to issue stop payment and reissues as needed
* Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring accuracy in contact details, payment terms, and tax information (W-9s, etc.)
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit protocols.
* Assist in projects and other task as assigned
The Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* At least 4 years of experience in accounts payable or similar roles
* Must be organized and detail-oriented
* Able to work in fast-paced team environment
* Need to work independently and as a team to complete daily roles and tasks timely
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Must take initiative, own your role, and have proper a sense of urgency
* This is a hybrid position and must come into the office 3 days a week located in Plano, TX.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment

Responsibilities

Work in tandem within Development Dept primarily with CDO, VP and Sr. Dir of Real Estate to oversee the development, planning and execution of Fogo's real estate strategy and market development initiatives.
Work with development team leveraging data to inform our development strategy. Provide insights and analytics to drive decisions in implementing, managing and executing the real estate development strategy that maintains desired trade area demand, sales threshold, return and investment metrics. Analyze store sales performance of existing and new restaurants to continually validate demand model and sales transfer/cannibalization impact implications of development decisions.
Manage third party service providers including but not limited to broker network, Kalibrate Analytics and others in the development and maintenance of statistical, mathematical and financial models for sales forecasting, competitive analysis and future store location strategy. Develop and maintain competitor data, economic reports, and in-house analytical models.
Monitor competitor expansion patterns and sales volumes, demographic characteristics, and unit characteristics in proposed and existing trade areas.
Work with VP, Sr. Dir and Brokers to accumulate market due diligence prior to CDO, CEO or Board Members visits in pursuit of new sites, capital planning for existing stores and portfolio optimization.
Travel to designated markets with brokers and other consultants to identify the best locations for the development of profitable restaurants, meeting development strategy initiatives of desired market balance and timing.
Partner with Legal and Construction Teams to draft and organize Letters of Intent.
Assist in lease negotiation process and the creation of lease exhibits.
Assist in the transition from lease negotiation to design and construction.
Prepare Real Estate packages ("Site Approval" and "Lease Approval") for monthly real estate committee and board of directors, including timely assembly of proformas, demographics, analytics, LOIs, area maps, site photos, construction budgets, sales forecast, etc. Coordinate internal development package review with CEO, CFO, CDO and General Counsel.
Assist in asset management of existing real estate portfolio including lease renewals (Lease tracking reporting), remodels and relocations.
Weekly development team meetings to update and monitor the Development Pipeline Status and Reporting.
Assist in resolving property management issues with landlords when needed.

The Role:
Our ideal Guest Experience Manager is hardworking, passionate, and capable of leading and coaching a team. Guest Experience Managers partner with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations. They motivate and lead team members, uphold standards in the kitchen and dining room, and ensure a safe, positive environment for guests and the team.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and develop Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
* Be responsible for the entire guest experience
* Develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety & quality standards
* Oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
* Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
* Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
* May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
* Assist with any additional duties assigned
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to bend and reach overhead often
* Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
* Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold
* Must be comfortable working near open flames
* May be required to work in tight spaces
* Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people
* Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision is required
* Must be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally
* Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
* May be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
