Senior Platform Engineer

What You'll Do:
Cloud Architecture: Design and implement cloud architecture leveraging AWS services to meet business needs.

The Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a strong focus on AWS.
Advanced knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, and more.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Understanding of networking, security, and compliance best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mixing/Batching Team Member:
Batching team members are responsible for effectively working with their team to follow daily work instructions. The Batching Department blends prepared and purchased raw materials and delivers bulk products to the Packaging Department. Team members handle food ingredients, follow recipes, document traceability, operate washing, chopping, pumping and mixing equipment, whilst following food quality and safety standards to ensure the safe and timely production of healthy food.
What You'll Do:
* Assist in setting up the Ingredient Prep. and Batching areas
* Prepare raw materials for processing, including de-casing, inspecting, washing, size reducing and portioning.
* Prepare, properly label, and stage raw materials for downstream processes.
* Safely operate process equipment with supervision including wash tanks, product conveyors, drum/tote unloaders, size reduction equipment, pumps, buggy dumpers and mixing systems.
* Assist with general sanitation activities, including breakdown of various equipment following product changeovers and at the end of the production shift.

Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking orders
Informing customers about new beverages and specials
Be knowledgeable of all menu items, their contents and preparation methods in order to accurately respond to customer questions, make menu recommendations and upsell where appropriate
Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers
Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages, complying with all local, state, and federal liquor laws and food safety regulations
Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked
Prepare and serve menu items according to Fogo de Chao recipes and guidelines, using proper equipment and ingredients
Handle multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner, clean and clear tables
Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
Educate self and assist co-workers in understanding basic “bar vocabulary”, i.e., wine and liquor varieties, types of mixed drinks, etc.
Perform all reasonable tasks assigned by management
Physical Demands
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolong hours. Must have a high level of endurance and mental acuity and toughness to manage conflict and deal successfully with high stress situations.

What You'll Do:
Leadership & Strategy:

The Qualifications:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Wellbeing Leadership Certificate) is a plus.
Experience:
* 10+ years of experience in employee benefits, wellness, or human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive wellbeing programs and benefits plans.
* Strong knowledge of current trends and practices in employee wellbeing and benefits, including healthcare, mental health support, and financial wellness.
Skills:
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
