Cons of working at Cavalry Portfolio Services

the Company make 8-9 figures annually yet they do not offer cost of living or any raises. Their modo is MORE for LESS. They cant keep new employees and the constantly cut positions even though the company is ridiculously profitable. Their upper management is overpaid .. $300k (+) annually while the front line gets bread crumbs, even after decades of employment and false advancement opportunity promises
