Pros of working at Cavco Industries

Brothers and sisters work along side with to finish houses. Personally I work in the mudding department.

Cons of working at Cavco Industries

No appreciation for the hard efforts, hourly pay is not good enough for experienced workers vs new hires or mis-trained beginners. Management becomes toxic and discouraging. Too many short cuts and no integrity for the customer. A house should be built the right way not rushed for a profit.

Cavco Industries benefits

The job itself is fun and therapeutic. Some of us take pride in our work. It's an art more or less a skill.
