Working with customers.

Cons of working at Cavender's

Management is belittling and it’s a revolving door of workers due to the hostility. You shouldn’t be demeaned and screamed at by managers. Especially on “employee appreciation day”

Cavender's benefits

None, you aren’t paid a decent percentage as a sales person. The pay is as much as you would expect a teenager working their first job to make.
