Position Overview
CB Construction seeks a Working Superintendent to manage all aspects of residential remodeling projects. This position plays a critical role in ensuring project success, client satisfaction, and overall company performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule projects to ensure on-time completion
Procure materials and coordinate trade partners
Communicate effectively with clients, production teams, and management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Perform general carpentry tasks from framing to finishing
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a Lead Carpenter role
Proven ability to manage project logistics, scheduling, and milestones

Excellent oral and written communication skills with clients and trade partners
