Working at CBOCS Texas, LLC

I really enjoyed working for your company and was very sad when I got terminated May 10 2024 and in reality should not have been.

I felt everyday some of the mgt was trying to find reason for termination. On the other side though there is one manager who was awesome and knew I was good at my job.. my customers loved me it was upper mgt that didn't.

I am Muslim and I was happy I could wear my scarf and I adhered to the sugar packet colors as in my shirts. I also enjoyed my customers and my fellow Co workers and Joe and Kayla and Kabe. I also enjoyed the food and the gift shop and really miss the store and my Co workers and customers

Joe and Kayla and Kabe were fair with us and know how to run an awesome store. I am just sad I'm not working for your Co anymore

I would as upper mgt and the whole cracker barrel mgt to the CEO have a broader and open mind to different religions and cultures and not be so judgemental

I was interviewed 1st by Joe went in with a positive attitude and gave my job qualifications and was set up for my second interview with Kabe and went through Cracker Barrels Training

There is no compensation. I was terminated and was told I could reapply at a later date which to be honest with you was a kick in my face

My co workers were amazing and some even knew about my religion and that I couldn't serve alcohol and they helped me to serve my customers

Making my guests happy and wanting to come back.. Working as a team getting that food out of the window to the guest. Going that extra step to make someone's day better
