CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Change Management Sr Consultant position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Change Management Sr Consultant position is $145,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. SUMMARY
Responsible for managing a Supply Chain Management Team and Procurement (SCMP) team with large-scale, typically Fortune 100, client portfolio. Span of control is typically multi-regional or global. The candidate routinely is a member of the account leadership team. The director identify and lead an SCMP team to execute initiatives, manage supplier relationships as it relates to sourcing, administrative and operational activities and issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a meeting cadence with key client stakeholders and account leadership. Primary goal of meetings is to build a trusted relationship by providing critical thinking, support superior relationship management, provide reporting and data to support strategic planning.
Develop both strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management programs to manage client and account risk, leverage controllable spend, standardize products/services, and modify and rationalize supplier base to meet spend leverage goals.
Build and manage staff to meet account deliverables. Recruit, develop and lead team based on JLL principles for leading high performing teams. Ensure high performing talent is developed and receives exposure to the extent to support growth. Poor performing talent is provided opportunity to improve. Manage appropriately if poor performance continues.
Ensure SCMP staff perform key SCMP functions as follows but not limited to:
Develop sourcing strategies and manage analytics to facilitate planning and sourcing.
Standardize supplier agreements; ensure agreements comply with client flow downs. Comply with JLL standard templates if not client specified.
Serve as primary communication liaison with client procurement team.
Integrate systems and documents employed across service lines; utilize single methodology and repository to strengthen risk management and to drive compliance.
Engage active diversity and sustainable sourcing programs across the service lines. Develop a Plan to ensure consistent application of sourcing and bidding processes throughout service lines; randomly inspect programs to validate compliance. Track, measure and report results.
Engage service line leadership to develop and execute a vision for a sourcing platform that meets the needs of the business and its client expectations.
Maintain strong and favorable supplier relationships to support high supplier performance and favorable negotiation environments.
Document disparate processes and approaches used today; recommend solutions to drive consistency and risk mitigation.
Assess and build detailed sourcing strategies that identify objectives, category-spend assessments, and milestone timelines.
Execute sourcing plan.
Communicate and coordinate national and regional sourcing initiatives with senior managers and project/account personnel.
Develop and host supply chain content related training seminars twice a year; focus on key contract details, key compliance challenges, bidding protocols, effective organizational support structures and protocols.
Drive field compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures as listed in the Atlas sourcing P&P manual. Identify non-compliance as evidenced and lead resolution in concert with internal audit.
Coordinate with the Director of Supply Chain Management, Legal and Risk Management groups, Property and Project Management groups to maintain consistency in form, nature, scope, and execution of contracts within guidelines and appropriate business practices
Conduct Preferred Supplier performance review meetings, as required, and manage supplier scorecards, contract compliance and service obligations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidate has degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Mgt and/or 10+ years strategic sourcing experience, MBA preferred.
Professional certification preferred (i.e. ISM, LEED)
Excellent Inter-personal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability, Proven ability to lead teams in decentralized environment.
Excellent communication skills - oral and written.

**About The Role:**
The summer associate's primary responsibility will be involved with all aspects of real estate development. Will have the opportunity to work on financial modeling/underwriting of prospective investments and developments, coordination of due diligence, lease analysis, dispositions and fund contributions. 2. **Owner of Critical Environment Risk Management (CERM)** for the ANL Aurora facility, ensuring the stability, safety, and resilience of the supporting critical infrastructure.
This position requires an advanced engineering skill set, deep infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to operate within a national laboratory environment, supporting DOE mission-critical workloads and rigorous compliance requirements.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
· Ensure all Aurora infrastructure operations comply with DOE, ANL, CBRE, and vendor technical requirements, including contract-specific engineering deliverables.
· Maintain and govern all critical infrastructure drawings for Aurora, including chilled water distribution, liquid-cooling loops, electrical one-lines, and HPC load distribution diagrams.

This position is accountable and responsible for responding to alerts and incidents generated by JLL security controls and employee submissions. The position is also responsible for escalating identified critical issues to the Incident Response Team. This analyst will support pivotal Global Cyber Defense capabilities by responding to any and all cyber threats that JLL faces. This role is a highly dynamic role that will require not only strong leadership and interpersonal skills, but also advanced technical ability and understanding to support threat response and incident investigations. Additionally, with the level of integration between core ops functions, they must facilitate robust communications between other teams within the cybersecurity organization.

Responsibilities
Responding to security control alerts and employee submissions while performing the collection, triaging, and analysis of evidence generated by JLL systems.
Assisting other SOC Analysts and Incident Responders while responding to advanced attacks/incidents.
Staying up to date with emerging threats and vulnerabilities to improve JLL's threat response capabilities.
Tracking key metrics and continually improving ability to measure and monitor the maturity and performance of the overall threat response program.
Recommending control and defensive measures to protect the organization from advanced threat actor tactics.
Coordinating efforts to automate repeatable scenarios using SOAR playbooks and native programming tools like Python.
Assisting with defining, creating, and maintaining SIEM detection rules and dashboards
