They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **What You'll Do** + Work within broad guidelines and policies to conduct inspections and ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. + Address equipment failures to determine the best course of action for equipment modifications.
