The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. About the Team
The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join the fast-paced and dynamic Member Get Member (MGM) Marketing Team. The US Member-Get-Member referral marketing program is a rapidly growing acquisition channel core to UCSM's goal of efficiently acquiring high-quality new card members. As a SeniorAnalyst, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of the program and driving its continued growth and success.
The Member Get Member program drives a sizable contribution to the U.S. Consumer Marketing footprint and bringing marketing to life that encourages our consumers to refer and drives new account acquisitions at scale.
This SeniorAnalyst will lead the forecasting, planning, and performance reporting for the MGM program. You'll translate data into insights that inform investment decisions, drive profitable growth, and have high visibility with leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to strengthen their performance marketing and analytical skills, collaborate across teams, and grow their digital marketing expertise.
Responsibilities
Lead forecasting, reporting, and results commentary for the program- at the channel and product level to inform weekly and monthly pacing updates
Lead the monthly Risks & Opportunities process as the intermediary with Investment Optimization team
Monitor and analyze key KPIs across the MGM acquisition funnel (Card Member and Prospect) to identify insights and optimization opportunities
Manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including Analytics, Investment Services, Cross-Channel Strategy Team, and Cobrand marketing teams
Serve as the team lead on performance marketing and operational excellence, ensuring rigorous scorecarding and disciplined tracking.
Support the development of customer and market insights to inform channel positioning and marketing strategies
* Contribute to strategic briefs and initiatives, offering insights that drive campaign optimization
* Represent the channel in leadership forums, crafting compelling commentary that highlights results, learnings, and implications to MGM Strategy
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
2+ years of Digital marketing and/or web/ marketing analytics experience
Comfort working with large data sets to forecast performance and identify trends
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data driven decisions and principle-based assumptions
High attention to detail
Creative team player mentality to drive over-arching team goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
