Pros of working at ViacomCBS
Being a video producer, editor, etc., I loved the creative aspect of the job....every job required somebody with a lot of creativity, and such was vital to the success and, moreover, to my own personal satisfaction.
Cons of working at ViacomCBS
The "bureaucracy" of "Corporate America" detracted from the actual work itself which I thoroughly enjoyed.
ViacomCBS Benefits
The relative "freedom" that was inherent to my actual job: very flexible hours since I was never "micro-managed" rather I had tasks and, moreover, work that had to be completed by specific dates but it was my decision - within reason - as to what hours I actually work (so long as certain projects were complete on time, said "time features.
