Howard Brodsky is a true American entrepreneur. In 1984, he co-founded CCA Global Partners and hasbeen its Chairman and Chief Executive for the past 33 years. During that time, he built the organizationinto the largest retail floor covering company in the world and later diversified the company to createbrands in multiple other industries. In 2017, CCA Global Partners comprises 14 divisional companieswith annual sales of $10.8 billion.Passionate about spreading knowledge, scaling businesses, and expanding resources, Brodsky is alsothe chairman of Cooperatives for a Better World, a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization that aims toincrease the number of cooperatives around the globe by 25 percent. Cooperatives for a Better Worldfocuses on the economic and social impact the cooperative business model can have on a local,national, and global level. Currently, he also serves on the Board of Directors for the Morgan Franklin Fellowship.Both an avid speaker and editorial contributor, Howard discusses various topics related to businesspractice. Eric Bernstein is a President, ProSource Wholesale at CCA GLOBAL PARTNERS and Chief Operating Officer, ProSource Wholesale at CCA GLOBAL PARTNERS and is based in Earth City, Missouri. He has worked as Commercial Banking Officer at SUNTRUST BANKS INC, COO at Listman Home Technologies, and Vice President National Programs at CCA GLOBAL PARTNERS. Eric studied at Olin Business School at Washington University between 2005 and 2006 and Citadel between 1986 and 1990.
