We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Operations leader to join our team. As a Manager, Product Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the success of one of our largest product portfolios. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, to streamline product operations and ensure efficient execution of the product roadmap. This role will contribute to their portfolio's success by driving operational excellence through defining operating plans with focus on scale and optimization to drive progress towards growth initiatives, identifying opportunities to implement improvements for business processes, and collaborating with key stakeholders to align on KPIS and metrics to monitor overall portfolio product health and performance. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Support the development and execution of a comprehensive product portfolio strategy (operating plans, OKRs, roadmaps) aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs. Develop and implement operational plans and processes to support the successful delivery and launch of solutions/products . Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to drive portfolio initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals. Coordinate with product managers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to drive effective decision-making and execution. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction, and use insights to drive portfolio optimization efforts. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of the product portfolio. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the product portfolio and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues and obstacles to minimize disruption and optimize outcomes. Documentation, Training, and Communications: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product processes and provide training to ensure team members are well-equipped to succeed. Collaborate with teams and key stakeholders to develop communication strategies to ensure successful rollout and adoption of new processes. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, project management, or related roles, with demonstrated leadership experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong record of project management success, process optimization, change management. Proficiency in project & product management tools (e.g., Aha, Jira) Understanding of product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence decision-making at all levels. Job Description The IS Third Party Governance Lead effort is within company Information Security organization and will be responsible for the execution of companies third party governance and risk management program. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the program based on existing framework, managing and maintaining the program which will support company business efforts that pursue compliant third party solutions and services that will minimize risk at the direction of the company Information Security Risk Manager . The candidate must have strong skills in project management in conducting operational, process, and technical reviews, as well as awareness on privacy requirement for the US and Canada in order to perform privacy assessments. The candidate must also have the ability to communicate well, and be able to work in cross functional teams to coordinate risk, compliance, and regulatory management. This role requires someone to be highly tactical in their efforts. This position will provide overall project management and support to the IS, Legal, and Procurement and will assist with the development, implementation and on-going support of the corporate third party governance and risk framework, providing structured processes, tools, and assistance to business areas to capture, identify, evaluate, respond to, and report on vendor risk issues. Provide leadership to integrate security technology, operations and risk management. The Lead will additionally create and maintain an enterprise vendor pre-approval list and risk "heat map." Specifically, the Third Party Governance Lead will be expected to: • Maintains knowledge currency of security and related risk based areas and methods • Creates and executes risk and privacy review/consulting assessments • Assists in the development of team metrics, analyzes data, and takes appropriate action • Develop a global vendor threat, risk, vulnerability and risk remediation assurance and management program to identify, track, and remediate vendor security risks and vulnerabilities across the enterprise • Partners and collaborates with business and technology groups to deliver value through security review, assessment and consulting services • Interfaces with IS technology and Procurement, Legal, business areas • Reviews any exceptions to contract terms to determine a recommendation on acceptance or rejection Qualifications Desired Qualifications • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CIPP, CRISC, CISM, CRCMP, CISA with 5-8 years of applicable experience in the Risk, Compliance or Audit field.
