Pros of working at CCH Citrus

I honestly cannot think of any Pro’s

Cons of working at CCH Citrus

Worst culture I have ever worked in. Employees backstab each other to try and get in good with management. There is no cooperation at all. Your coworkers blame each other for mistakes rather than work as a team to try and improve any situations

President is absolutely horrible. He constantly criticizes everyone on front of your coworkers.
