Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Associates degree with 1-3 years work experience or a High School Diploma with 3 years work experience preferably in a Contact center Setting.
At least 1 year of direct experience in a Supervisory/leadership role, preferably in an inbound Contact center.
Must be able to work a full-time schedule between the hours of 5:00am-5:00pm
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing within an access/contact center, hospital, clinic, or medical office scheduling environment is highly preferred.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

You will oversee employee performance and scheduling
You will lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts
You will work with donors to resolve concerns
You will analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
You will perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
You will foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
What you bring to Takeda:
High school diploma or equivalent
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
Frequent bending and reaching
Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, pro-longed glove wear is required
