What You'll Do: Delivery of Ready Mix Concrete Products Work closely with dispatch, maintenance, and plant management to facilitate the flow of information required to provide good customer service Receive delivery ticket and follow instructions as directed Position truck under the batch plant to be loaded by the Batch Plant Operator/Plant Manager Operate truck to receive a load and evaluate slumps Maneuver truck on job site including attaching chutes to discharge material Complete all forms, reports, tickets, and required paperwork.     Domino's Delivery Drivers play a key role in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and with excellent service. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering food orders, handling transactions, and assisting with in-store operations during non-delivery times. Key Responsibilities: Delivery Duties: Deliver orders quickly, safely, and courteously using your personal vehicle Navigate efficiently using GPS or Domino's delivery app to ensure accurate drop-offs Verify all order items before leaving the store to ensure accuracy Communicate with customers regarding estimated delivery times, directions, or special instructions Handle payments and provide correct change while maintaining a professional demeanor Drive safely in varying weather and traffic conditions, adhering to all laws and company safety policies Keep your vehicle clean, fueled, and maintained to company standards Track delivery times and assist in keeping delivery operations efficient In-Store Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers with enthusiasm and professionalism Answer phones and take accurate orders using Domino's POS system Assist in preparing pizzas, sides, desserts, and other menu items Clean delivery bags Monitor oven and food quality to ensure high product standards Clean kitchen equipment, counters, floors, restrooms, and customer areas regularly Assist with opening and closing tasks, including balancing registers, prepping stations, and securing the store Restock ingredients, paper goods, and inventory items throughout the shift Follow all company food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or customer complaints to management Assist with local marketing activities, such as flyer distribution or promotions (if assigned) Sweep and mob the store when needed Inventory & Food Safety Responsibilities: Accurately put away food and supply deliveries in designated storage areas Properly label and date all incoming food items and ingredients Ensure First In, First Out (FIFO) rotation is followed Regularly check for and remove expired or improperly stored products Report any inventory concerns or discrepancies to management Maintain clean, organized, and compliant storage areas (coolers, freezers, dry stock) Requirements: Must be at least 20 years old (at least 2 years worth of driving experience Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Reliable, insured vehicle with current registration Must have a working smartphone for GPS and store communication Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and be on your feet for long periods Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must work on holidays Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in delivery, food service, or retail Familiarity with Domino's products and delivery area What We Offer: Hourly wage + tips + mileage reimbursement Flexible scheduling 50% off employee discount on food Training and growth opportunities (from driver to management) Fast-paced, supportive team environment
