To drive van/bus equipped to provide non-emergency transport of mobility-impaired residents of the Community by accommodating wheelchairs, walkers, canes, oxygen or any assistive devices. To offer safe custom transport to medical appointments, treatment facilities, and social outings as scheduled. Train all Sacred Heart Senior Living Community drivers in the proper use of wheelchair 'secure in place' measures and occupant restraint system Develop and manage a maintenance/inspection program for all facility vehicles. Transportation Coordinator must perform and excel in all job functions of the driver position. Specific Duties: Report to facility 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
