    Class A Driver just starting out. You have your Class A CDL license with no experience yet. Other companies won't give you a chance without experience we will. We need 16 Drivers ready to get into Trucking. With our 4 week OTR training we will build your confidence and turn you into a great safe driver. You have your Class A license and are ready to get started in the trucking industry. You will go out for 4 weeks for OTR paid training. Training pay is just $650 per week. This is just for your first 30 days. Once completed you will have choices between dedicated, regional and OTR positions. Home time depends on the position you choose. Dedicated and regional runs get home every week. If you chose OTR positions you get home every 10-14 days on this account. New drivers get paid $650 per week while in training for your first 4 weeks. After training that is when your paycheck grows to between $1100 and $1400 per week. After you apply we will call and do a short interview with you. If we think you'll be approved we will help you put in your application. The approval process normally takes about 24-48 hours. When you complete training and drive your own company truck you will be able to obtain higher paying dedicated, regional and OTR runs. Entry level drivers are earning $1200-$1400 on average per week and up after training. Some dedicated runs are paying $1400 per week on average. Our trucks are well maintained they won't have you parked on the side of the road. We offer tuition reimbursement up to $1,000 to pay off your Academy loan when you obtained your CDL. To qualify for this entry level position you Have your current Class A license in good standing. No suspensions in the last year. You must be least 21 years of age. You must be able to pass any test, urine or hair follicle Have acquired your CLASS A license in the last 2 years from at least 120 hour Academy.
