Production (Baker Prep) Responsibilities
Serve as a brand ambassador and embody the Sprinkles culture by maintaining a positive attitude and demonstrating teamwork skills by assisting fellow coworkers.
Demonstrate proficiency in adhering to company policies, procedures, and training.
Operate equipment and follow all mixing techniques as trained, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
Follow production sheets to ensure accurate flavors and quantities are being prepared, using timers.
Memorize recipes and use proper food safety standard techniques in mixing, pouring, and storing batters and frostings.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, including cleaning mixers, prep areas in the kitchen, washing dishes, and following checklists duties.
Crosstrain in baking, frosting cupcakes, and packaging duties to provide support as needed.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and precision.
Report to work as scheduled, fulfilling all position requirements until relieved of duties by leader.
Driver Responsibilities
Assist in loading/ unloading of goods and transferring supplies from receiving area to their designated locations.
Operate company vehicles to facilitate product deliveries to various bakery locations.
Maintain cleanliness of the Sprinkles vehicles and perform routine maintenance checks and upkeep in accordance with Sprinkles guidelines.
Ensure integrity in inventory management during transfers.
Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and motor vehicle traffic laws, with no cell phone use while on duty, especially while driving.
Knowledge + Skills:
Genuine passion for the Sprinkles products, brand, and overall experience.
Minimum of 1 year of prior food service experience (cook, baker, server, etc.) or possession of a professional culinary/pastry certificate
Minimum of 1 year of delivery driver experience
Must pass a driving record check and background check
Flexibility to work a changing schedule, starting between 12am to 3am.
Demonstrate ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage timers, and maintain a steady work pace.
Effective verbal communication skills and can comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
Physically able to be on your feet for extended periods of time, able to bend down for product, and capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds, including cupcake trays, cupcake batter, frosting, and bags of boxes purchases.
Ability to stay in a stationary position for up to 50% of the time.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The CDL Class "A" Driver is charged with professionally transporting and test driving customer vehicles for the Service Department or delivering a truck in or out of state as directed by the Sales Department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver customer's vehicles when service department has completed repairs.
Must be able to operate all commercial motor vehicles (including tractors, straight trucks, roll-offs, trash trucks, school buses, and pull all styles of trailers) safely and efficiently.
Perform test drives on customer vehicles. Must be able to drive the requested desired mileage (15,35,50,100 miles).
Plan routes for desired mileage, navigate various road conditions.
Perform Quality Control inspections on vehicles following repairs (mechanical knowledge a plus).
Perform pre-trip & post-trip vehicle inspections with foremen, reporting any defects or concerns to the foremen.
Keep the service lot neat and orderly, including arranging vehicles, fueling, and ensuring that vehicles are locked throughout the week.
During shift downtime, CDLdriver to remain available for his entire shift (by helping in the shop and in other areas such as empty trash cans, sweep floors, and arrange the lot as needed.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The CDL Class "A" Driver is charged with professionally transporting and test driving customer vehicles for the Service Department or delivering a truck in or out of state as directed by the Sales Department.

CDL class "A" license and clean driving record required (Ability to obtain specific endorsements if needed)
Must maintain clean DOT DQ file/keep CDL license active

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS
CDLDriver position may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing, walking, and working in various weather conditions.
Normal physical mobility, which includes movement from place to place on the job taking distance and speed into account
Normal physical agility
Normal physical strength to handle a 50-pound object, taking frequency into consideration
Normal endurance to handle a 40-hour work week
Normal accessibility of all work sites required for the position
Normal exposure to weather and temperature extremes, cramped spaces, loud noises, chemicals and fumes, dust, heights or work safety hazard
Must be able to successfully pass a background check and a pre-hire drug and alcohol test.

Healthcare Talent is assisting our client in their search for Healthcare Transportation Drivers at their beautiful facility in Pomona. The Transportation Driver operates program vehicles, providing safe, timely and efficient transportation for members, patients, staff and visitors. May also transports supplies and make pickups and deliveries throughout the entities. The Driver performs daily pre-trip inspections on vehicles and reports maintenance deficiencies, and ensures that interior and exterior of vehicles are well maintained.
Paid training will be provided!
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Drivers License - Class B with Passenger Endorsement
• Computer proficiency
• Bilingual: Spanish
• Geriatric experience is a plus, but not needed
• Customer Based Driving Experience (para transit preferred)
• Criminal background check
• Drug screening
