The truck driver will haul steel, pipe, and other flatbed freight and must demonstrate proficiency with tarping, chains, binders, and load securement procedures. Compensation & bonuses
Pay: 27% of each load (average estimated annual earnings $76,440 - $87,360).
Paid weekly via direct deposit.
Sign-on bonus: $5,000 paid as $1,500 after first load, $1,500 at 6 months, and $2,000 at 1 year (eligibility rules apply).
Tarp pay: $40 per load.
Detention: $16 per hour after 2 hours.
Layover and breakdown pay: $100 per day for layover and $100 per day for breakdown.

Truck driver will perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
Truck driver will correctly apply tarps, chains, straps, and binders and verify load securement before departure and after moves.
Truck driver will maintain accurate logs, inspection records, and required documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
Truck driver will communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers regarding schedule changes, delays, or incidents.

Minimum requirements

PD's are responsible for getting members to and from their medical appointments in a friendly, compassionate, and efficient manner. We provide everything necessary to work including vehicles, equipment, fuel, and uniforms.
Responsibilities include transporting wheelchair, stretcher, and ambulatory members from door-through-door, loading and unloading passengers, coordinating instructions from the dispatch team and NEMT software to ensure optimal routing of trips, operating a hydraulic lift to safely load and unload wheelchairs/stretchers, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all on board.
PD's must conduct vehicle inspections at the beginning and end of their shift according to established procedures, maintain their vehicles and cleanliness, report needed repairs and service maintenance to supervisor, maintain full knowledge of the vehicles equipment and proper use at all times, complete documents and maintenance records clearly and accurately, and participate in regular training and educational opportunities.
