We are currently seeking a Fuel Transport Driver with an excellent driving record. Experience in the petroleum industry is preferred but not required. The right candidate will have a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and a minimum of 1 year's tractor/trailer driving experience. Night Shift Pay = $1.00/hour

Safety Enhancement Pay (for qualifying drivers) = $1.00/hour

What you'll be doing:
Delivering ready-mix concrete and associated products in a safe and efficient manner to construction sites, after being loaded at one of our concrete plant locations.
Vehicle maintenance: performs pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspection, checking vehicle fluid levels daily and adds fluids if necessary.
Required to keep the vehicle clean inside the cab, inside the drum, and the exterior of the vehicle using proper wash down procedures.
Able to effectively use computer table and IOT devices

Qualifications
What you'll need:
Minimum 18 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent
Valid California Class A or B Commercial Driver's License, with a tanker endorsement.
Ability to pass Federal Department of Transportation pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and physical and be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Company/Federal testing requirements.
Ability to bend to ground-level and reach to upper levels with use of a ladder and the stamina to stand and walk for most of the work shift, and lift upwards of 40 lbs.
Ability to perform simple math, e.g., addition, subtraction, etc.
Clear English speaking/writing and attentive listening skills
Driving, using maps and directions
Ability to be flexible with your schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

About this Role
Potential Earnings up to $90,000 depending on hours worked. This position is part of our PJ Helicopters' ground support team that provide fuel and rigging support for many types of helicopter operations in forestry, construction, and utility industries across California and North America.

What You'll Do
Out of area travel required. Must be able to endure local long days and up to 3 weeks away from home. In addition to the required license, experience with basic vehicle maintenance, and small machinery will enhance any candidate's chances.
What You'll Bring
Class A OR Class C CDL with Tank/Hazmat endorsements and clean DMV record.
Must pass pre-employment DOT drug test. Random tests throughout employment.
Comfortable safely driving tank vehicles/hauling trailers in various road conditions including, but not limited to: city/heavy traffic, mountain roads, snow, rugged off-road terrain, etc.
Driving 1 year (preferred)
Must have physical ability to get up and down repetitively while working under trucks/helicopters daily.
Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
Be able to follow directions and complete projects with limited supervision.
Have a strong sense of direction and the ability to learn/use GPS navigation.
Basic knowledge of how to navigate and utilize mobile technology.
Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with many different personalities and customers.
