Starting Annual Salary Range: $55,000 SUMMARY: Responsible for safely driving a commercial motor vehicle over established route to deliver dairy products, providing excellent customer service. Ensure all paperwork is signed and store stamped. Comply with DOT regulations and company policy including required pre and post trip inspections, completing required paperwork daily. Maintain assigned truck in a neat and clean condition. The Industrial HazMat Driver operates a tractor-trailer and other truck equipment to haul industrial waste to a variety of final disposal or recycle facilities. The Industrial HazMat Driver provides efficient response times and a high level of service to the Company's customers. Responsibilities Transports hazardous waste, hazardous materials, industrial fluids, and non-hazardous wastes in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines. Operates a variety of vehicles including, but not limited to vans, straight trucks, tankers, vacuum tankers and roll offs. Performs safety inspections and maintains a DOT driver's log and records, as required by DOT. Conducts pre- and post-trip inspections of all equipment operated as required or instructed.
