Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across our four strategic AI pillars: AI Fluency, Agent Platforms, AI Applications, and Responsible AI. This role is responsible for driving alignment, managing interdependencies, and ensuring successful execution of AI programs that advance our enterprise-wide strategy. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, self-motivated and proactive leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and emerging technology.
What you will do:
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership
Oversee program planning, execution, and delivery across all four AI pillars.
Define and maintain integrated program timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage interdependencies and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Financial & Resource Management
Track budgets, forecast program costs, and ensure financial accountability.
Monitor resource allocation to optimize program efficiency and impact.
Stakeholder Management

Facilitate cross-pillar collaboration and resolve conflicts or trade-offs between initiatives.
Governance & Reporting

Develop reports and communication materials to track work progress, link to outcomes, and demonstrate business value.
Change Management & Adoption
Partner with business units to drive adoption of AI initiatives.
Coordinate with Product Marketing to help drive change management strategy execution
What we expect of you:

Comfort in rapidly evolving technology space with an exceptional ability to learn
Exhibit exceptional communication skills-written, verbal, and presentation-with the proven ability to deliver clear and timely updates to executive leaders.
Familiarity with AI technologies, platforms, and governance best practices; direct experience managing AI or digital transformation programs strongly preferred.
Expertise in program management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Agile, SAFe, or PMI frameworks).

Summary

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, the ProjectManager is the execution engine behind Plug's most crucial cross-functional initiatives. You will partner closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to turn operational problems into shipped products, reliable automations, and clean, decision-ready data.
You will drive projects end-to-end - from discovery to rollout - ensuring improvements across titles, payments, transport, arbitration, and dealer workflows are delivered on time, adopted successfully, and built on strong operational insight.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
Lead initiatives from discovery → scoping → planning → delivery → adoption.
Maintain timelines, RAID logs, project plans, and stakeholder updates.

Turn Operational Needs Into Product Requirements
Translate workflows and pain points into clear PRDs and user stories.
