The Databricks Managing Consulting Engineer makes innovative and ingenious contributions to new solution/product design and implementation, based on understanding of applicable technology and how it can be applied to solution design, considerations of system-wide impact and business issues for clients. Provides technical expertise in analyzing client's requirements to develop Digital Velocity services offerings across Databricks solutions that provide significant value. Supports complex engagements across multiple geographies.
What you'll do:
Lead project teams, directing coworker and client teams in solution design and development.
Provide leadership in creating business cases, financial justification and solution benefit content for customer ready deliverables and presentations.
Aggregate oversight of technical solutions across multiple projects to ensure synergy in our approach and broad visibility to the solutions delivery team
Proactively addresses or escalates any budget issues that are identified during the project.
Quality Assurance for SOW requests that meet triggers for size, cross brand, and complexity. Perform peer review of deliverables from other team members for technical content to ensure accuracy.
Maintain client relationships as a trusted Technical Advisor. Serve as focal point for communications between multiple departments and clients, when necessary, using experience and judgment to communicate effectively to all parties. Recommend solutions supporting client account teams with development of proposals, quotations, and presentations.
What we expect of you:
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing modern cloud data solutions.
3+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing Databricks solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
3+ years' experience with Databricks AI/BI -Genie, or AI/ML implementation on Databricks platform.
Deep understanding of Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Databricks security and governance features.
Experience designing medallion architectures, data pipelines, and integrating Databricks with enterprise data sources.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps for data platforms.
Led the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective Databricks architectures.
Define and enforce data governance, quality, and security standards.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. They should have proven organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. They should also be able to manage and escalate technical issues to the appropriate vendor support team.
The candidate will be expected to maintain client relationships as a trusted Technical Advisor and serve as the focal point for communications between multiple departments and clients when necessary. They should be able to take a lead technical role in reviewing and editing deliverables produced by other Engineering and Consulting teams.
Provide technical expertise in analyzing client's requirements to develop IT services offerings across multiple technology solutions. Should also be able to recommend solutions and support internal account teams with the development of proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills are required, including demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective to internal and external clients.
Proven ability to research advanced and complex technology solutions, evaluate alternatives, make recommendations, and present materials to clients in a manner that meets clients' needs. Must be able to act calmly and productively when confronted with change, ambiguity, and risk, and deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.
Demonstrated experience applying lessons learned to unique problems and a history of reskilling on new technologies with the ability to determine benefits for clients.
Should have the ability and willingness to travel as needed to other CDW locations or client sites.
Pay range: $125,227 - $187,280 depending on experience and skill set

$94,400.00 - $144,600.00

Review and assess current Power BI reports and unify key elements into single BI dashboards where optimal.
Lead and work with the BI Team to assess data availability to ensure improved turnaround times for complex and/or time critical ad hoc analytics needs.
Mentor talent while cultivating a high-performance culture centered on speed, reliability, and impactful results.
Leveraging the BI Team, support and maintain all dashboards with a continual improvement mindset, focusing on impact and efficiency (load time, accuracy).
Own both standardized BI views and ad hoc reporting to meet business needs in support of key strategies and related plans as part of the strategic plan.
Collaborate with IT and Finance on data strategy including roadmap for data lake integrations to ERP, external APIs, accounting software, and various tools used by the business.
Lead the onboarding of new datasets to support new insights with support to BI Team and IT.
Work with BI Team and IT to optimize reporting speed and uptime.
Align with BI Team and within operating function team leads to share best practices and avoid redundancies.
Partner with Finance, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand data points used by the business.
Act as a subject matter expert on reporting and data accuracy issues.
Guide teams to understand the problem statement, build hypothesis, test, and then implement analytical solutions & techniques.
Creatively embed advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems
Drive collaboration across teams to enhance idea generation and implementation of best practices related to technology, analytic approach, statistical, and data tools.
What We're Looking For
5-10 years of experience in analytics, IT, and/or operations. Previous experience in the apparel industry and/or consumer product goods is an advantage.
Proven track record of using advanced PowerBI skills as well as other business intelligence platforms to analyze large datasets, create insightful reports, and deliver actionable business intelligence.
Ability to identify areas of improvement within operational workflows and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
History of combining multiple data sources and input points.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and provide data-driven solutions.

Oversee project financial controls; project budgets, change orders and costs at completion. Coordinates and oversees daily administrative functions for the construction management department, project management systems, educational programs, departmental human resource functions, audit and compliance, process improvement. Qualifications
Drivers License from Florida.
LEED Green Associate Certification.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Construction, Construction Management or related field.
Ten or more years of experience in healthcare construction in lieu of advance degree is acceptable.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record as occasional driving may be required with a company vehicle.
