The Management and coworkers were all very great people.
The job itself is mind numbing and very unrewarding from an emotional standpoint. Also the commute became quite extensive while I was working there.

They are very very good about promoting from within. Anecdotally, I have never seen a management role filled by an outside hire when there is a qualified candidate
