We need someone with intermediate to advanced skills in post-production who is capable of making great content with what some might consider dull subject matter. You will be a key member of the team responsible for editing and enhancing video content, adding motion graphics that knock people's socks off, and ensuring a polished final product that aligns with Smarty's brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Transform raw footage into polished and compelling video content for various platforms (social media, marketing campaigns, internal projects, etc.).
Apply color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
Create and integrate motion graphics and animations.
Work collaboratively with the video content team to produce creative customer-facing and internal media.
Optimize video content for different formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions.
Manage media assets, organize project files, workflow, and work with stakeholder feedback.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve your career wizardry.
Develop creative ideas for engaging and fun topical videos that appeal to our target audience.
Expand and strengthen the Smarty brand identity.
Qualifications:
Willingness to continually learn and grow.
Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in video editing and motion design/visual effects software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Experience with color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics.
Strong storytelling abilities and a keen eye for pacing, rhythm, and composition.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong collaborative mindset with skills to match in developing video ideas with product marketing, campaign marketing, and social media team members.
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of experience in video editing and post-production.
Experience working in 3D software like Blender is a MASTODONIC plus.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a cherry on top.
Familiarity with motion tracking, keying, and compositing techniques.
Understanding of cameras and cinematography principles.
Experience with storyboarding, scripting, and video shoots.

Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Certified Surgical Technician (Surgical Technician III) in the Operating Room you will deliver high quality, patient centered care as you assist staff during operative and invasive procedures. You will ensure the operating room is adequately prepared for procedures and act as a preceptor for other techs as needed. Our team supports each other like family and we are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
In this role:
You will have the ability to first scrub Level III procedures (total joint replacements, complex orthopedic, neuro and spine procedures, peripheral vascular). Scrubbing a minimum of 3 of the 5 procedures.
You will work with Housekeeping and Central Processing staff to clean the Operating Rooms and equipment between patients following facility policies and procedures.
You will participate in safety initiates to ensure correct surgery inpatient identification, and verification of the procedure to be performed within the OR when the patient is present and prior to the surgical prep.
You will rely on previous experience to anticipate and meet the needs of the surgeon.
You will count all sponges, needles and instruments with the circulating RN on all surgical procedures done in the Operating Rooms following facility policies and procedures. In the event a sponge/needle count is incorrect, the circulating RN will inform the attending surgeon and the Anesthesiologist and a course of action will be determined and the action will be documented on the Operating Room Record as defined by facility policies and procedures.
You will follow patient and employee safety/security policies and protocols, including hand hygiene, use of universal precautions, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to isolation procedures.
You will consistently assist the patient care team with maintaining a clean, well- stocked/organized, and safe patient care environment.
What qualifications you will need:
American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
Surgical Technologist Certificate (CST) and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or equivalent required. Must maintain required education and certification.
Completion of surgical technologist course preferred.
At least 1 year of hospital surg tech experience required

POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position is located on-site in Layton, Utah
The Metrology Technician performs a variety of duties and multiple uses of different skillsets. Technicians are required to follow detailed instructions and drawings, in the assembly of tooling fixtures, precision weldments, machined surfaces and fly-away aerospace parts. Drilling, tapping, grinding, hardware placement, and precise aerospace tool finishes are common tasks.

The Area Safety Superintendent is responsible for the administration, facilitation, and coordination of the Cementation Safety Management System under the direction of the Manager of Safety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform workplace inspections at projects under the direction of the manager of safety and complete a General Inspection Report, which will be provided to the site superintendent and head office. This is the most important function of a Superintendent of Safety.
Ensure that all new projects under your direction are provided with all the resources and mentoring necessary to ensure compliance with the Cementation Policies and Procedures, as well as local and provincial or territorial jurisdictions.
Assist in the development of Health and Safety Policies.
Audit project sites and the site Safety & Training coordinators to ensure compliance with the Cementation Safety Management System and Training Programs.
Provide vacation relief as required to field projects they are responsible for
Assist in the development of written job procedures for all tasks being performed at a project.
Review all policies and procedures with the Manager of Safety before implementation.
May be required to conduct a refresher, on a yearly basis, of the Basic Health and Safety Policy and Safety Management System with all the appropriate workers.
Review, with the appropriate workers, the written job procedures and keep a record of the training on file.
Assist site management in resolving any training concerns.
Attend any required training courses appropriate to the position or safety conferences related to the mining environment, participate on committees and sub-committees, attend Safety Association meetings as requested by the Corporate Manager - Health & Safety.
Conduct Job Observations along side of the trainer on each worker based on the worker's training requirements and sign the worker off on the appropriate mining modules.
Conduct a Training Needs Analysis for each Cementation worker who requires training.
Ensure that records of training and documentation are kept and available for each individual worker.
Communicate with Head Office personnel with respect to registration of any new workers and of the successful modules which the Cementation workers may have completed.
Ensure that project sites under your direction maintain an up-to-date training matrix.
Issue related training documents.
Coordinate First Aid and C.P.R. Training and refresher training for all the workers, supervisors, superintendents and site managers.
Coordinate the training for each for projects under your direction for Supervisors in the Supervisory Common Core and provide Supervisor Orientation on newly hired or promoted Supervisors.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position will be required to travel when necessary. A valid US Passport and authorization to travel internationally is required.
OTHER
All training documentation and inspection reports will be filled out in a timely. fashion. A copy of the original will be placed in the employee's file, and the original will be kept at Head Office.
The Superintendent of Safety will be asked to perform other duties as requested from time to time by the Manager of Safety.

You are expected to use your initiative to expand upon these duties to ensure that your job mandate is met and that your performance is such that the general spirit and intent of the duties outlined above are completed as required.

EDUCATION
Thorough knowledge of MSHA regulations and compliance requirements
4 Year degree in a Health and Safety or related field (preferred)
ISMSP Certified Mine Safety Professional (preferred)
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10 years mining experience In Underground Mining
Minimum 5 years training experience working as a Safety Professional
Bilingual Spanish skills (preferred)
CERTIFICATE(S), LICENSE(S), REGISTRATION(S)
MSHA Instructor Card, UG & Surface.
Mine Rescue Instructor Card preferred.
SME membership
Industrial Hygiene Sampling training or certificate
