The Director Project Procurement / Supply Chain and Quality will be responsible for developing the supply chain strategy, optimization and execution for the overall Emissions Solutions business, leading and directing all facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to, purchasing, global logistics (domestic & international), supplier rationalization, inventory management, spend management, material forecasting, capacity planning and sourcing, master scheduling, contract negotiations and long term agreements, ERP implementation, low cost country sourcing, product cost reduction, continuous improvement while at the same time improve service levels, reduce operational cost, develop quality standards and ensure products, processes and manufactured goods meet the desired quality expectations of various stakeholders . Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Provide hands-on tactical leadership to ensure a world class supply chain which supports forecasted sales growth, maximizes operating savings, delivers on time and below budget, meets set quality expectations, participates in product development and ensures customer satisfaction.• Implementing global sourcing strategies including low-cost country sourcing, supplier audit and selection, negotiations, and scorecards.• Leads procurement of subcontracted goods and services from developing RFP/RFQ, strategic supplier selection based on total cost of ownership, bid tab analysis, supplier & risk management• Provide leadership and guidance to Procurement and QA/QC/SQE team to achieve desired goals and objectives, ensure timely procurement within budget and delivered early or on time.• Establish metrics, goals, checks, and balances to measure and improve performance in the areas of purchasing, planning, inventory levels, and on-time delivery.• Set a collaborative tone within the department and across the organization insisting on working in partnership to achieve results.• Review supplier capacity and lead expansion of supplier capacity including but not limited to developing new supply sources internationally, negotiate long term capacity agreements, increasing shop capacity via added resources, multiple shifts, increased floor space etc.• Proactively work cross-functionally with all departments to drive new product launches and ensure proper supplier and component selection.• Improve supplier net payment terms and milestone payments to ensure positive cash flow on projects, manage subcontractor progress to meet business goals for revenue.• Evaluate and implement new processes, systems and technology to drive improvement in products and fabrication, capacity utilization, and synchronization of supply and demand to reduce total supply chain costs and working capital while meeting service goals.• Improve operational efficiency & quality within and outside the organization by resolving production issues, resolving NCR/CCARs, perform RCA and using lean techniques such as process mapping, line balancing, value stream mapping, manufacturing engineering, poka-yoke etc.• Design quality network to verify products & manufacturing meet desired quality, develop supplier quality, hold suppliers accountable for Non-conforming goods, facility RCA to avoid reoccurrence.• Develop work instructions, procedures and standards to streamline and create sustainable and reliable supply chain with adequate controls, checks and balances.• Evaluate, manage and constantly mitigate or transfer supply chain risk for noncompliance to customer requirements, lead times, cost overruns, shortages, errors & omissions, supplier financial health, safety, environmental & industry code violations and compliance to laws and regulations of respective countries, the US and CECO's code of conduct.• Develop business processes which will improve overall supply chain performance while satisfying current demands and minimizing total supply chain costs.• Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the supply chain from suppliers to customers and negotiate, implement and maintain supply contracts when deemed necessary; responsible for all purchasing activities and develop strategies to maximize customer service when supply disruptions or shortages are anticipated.• Financially responsible for departmental budgets, material standard costs and inventory forecasts, while ensuring performance to budget.• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, Local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.• Proven ability to analyze and plan manufacturing and supplier activity to meet customer requirements while minimizing inventory investment and total supply chain costs.• Other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

The Field Service Specialist serves as a subject matter expert, responsible for design drawing review, factory testing, installation, startup / commissioning, balancing, alignment and resolution of technical issues for rotating equipment used for hot exhaust flow and ambient flow varying from low voltage to medium voltage applications. Fan/Motor size vary from 10HP to 5000 HP. This position also inspects product quality of various equipment used in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and Combustion equipment in the field and at fabricators to ensure product inspections and quality control procedures are performed and conducted as defined in the product specifications; and standards required by our customers/end user are fulfilled. The Field Service Specialist can adequately represent the company at customer/end user site.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Oversees equipment installations and complete start-up and commissioning on all rotating fans/motors used in SCR systems.
Verifies design meets requirements, Inspects equipment supplied matches approved drawings.
Perform vibration analysis on fan & bearings, perform alignment and balance to ensure vibration levels meet customer specified vibration tolerances such as G2.5 or ISO10816.
Ensures bearings are oiled or greased correctly and site management is trained for maintenance.
Documents each trip In a timely manner with a proper / formal field report with back up timesheets, expense reports and customer signatures. Ensures completeness without clerical errors.
Performs Site testing or factory testing to ensure all instruments are installed & working correctly.
Analyzes field observation or site data, troubleshoots high vibration, high temperatures, harmonics, high motor amps, fan trips during start up, etc. during install or warranty and provides proper root cause associated with the issue and suggested fix to resolve nonconformance.
Works closely with applications and engineering personnel on activities concerned with installing equipment, investigating, and resolving customer reports of technical problems with equipment and preventative maintenance.
Leads site crew for turnkey installs or modifications at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
Advises field erector with proper means and methods to lift and install equipment efficiently and safely. Provides necessary written up installation sequence or pending activities / punch list to finish install.
Reviews performance reports and documentation from customers and field representatives and inspects malfunctioning or damaged products to determine nature and scope of problem.
Analyzes and reviews inspection findings to determine source of problem, and recommends repair, replacement, or other corrective action.
Comprehends wiring schematics and diagrams for all equipment.
Coordinates problem resolution with engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs.
May provide on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair non-rotating equipment.
Maintains records of performance reports by completing documentation (including work orders for each job, maintenance checklists, etc…)
Ensures daily/weekly/monthly reporting, as well as any other general correspondence, is communicated accurately, concisely, and in a form appropriate to the target audience.
Conducts quality inspections at fabrication sites to ensure all quality steps are followed, lessening the chance of quality defects in the field.

This position will be responsible for the engineering and design of custom engineered industrial OEM panels and equipment in the Emissions Platform of CECO.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Develop the complete technical design of electrical panels, including junction boxes, heater control panels, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), motor starter panels, variable frequency drives, and general motor controls.• Extensive knowledge of how to lay out the internal components inside a panel for the engineered products listed above.• Generate the following engineering drawings related to panel design: panel external layout drawings, back panel internal layout drawings, wiring diagrams.• Understand and generate logic diagrams, specifically SAMA process control logic diagrams and Boolean ladder logic diagrams.• Understanding P&IDs and how the components on a P&ID are translated to panel designs, wiring diagrams, and logic diagrams.• Incorporate customer specifications and requirements into equipment design.• Generate the following additional supplementary engineering deliverables: one-line diagrams, cause and effect tables, cable schedules, conduit and routing plans. (heat tracing, area lighting, and HVAC sizing for panels is a plus)• Provides technical support for fabricators during the fabrication of equipment.• Performs inspection of equipment (including factory acceptance test) at fabricators' shop.• Communicates directly with customers, suppliers, fabricators, and sales.
Required Qualifications:
* Five (5) years minimum experience designing electrical systems for industrial applications (residential or commercial not applicable). • Experience designing control panels based on relay or PLC / DCS control.• Knowledge of plant process control and monitoring is a plus.
Licensing or Certifications:
* Industry certifications (e.g., UL-508A, NEC) a plus.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Project Execution:
* Performs structural, thermal, vibration analysis calculations using customer specifications, governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience. Per the direction of the Project Team Leaders (PM's & PE's).• Provide required support and information to our supply chain department to allow for the global sourcing, fabrication, of exhaust systems.• Provide direct support to the selected third-party contractor during the fabrication process.• Generate all documentation and instructions for the erection, rigging, transportation and installation of the exhaust system.• Support construction services and field services group with any project or warranty work.• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.
Team Leadership:
* Lead a team in the structural and mechanical designers of turbine exhaust systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.• Supervise and direct a remote team of designers and drafters to ensure timely and accurate completion of project deliverables.• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight for distributed teams.
Technical Leadership:
* Provide guidance to junior engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams.• Working with Project and Supply Chain; Collaborate with OEMs, suppliers, and construction partners to ensure quality and project performance requirements.
Product Advancement:
* Develop and implement new designs to enhance system performance and reliability.• Drive life-cycle improvements, including durability, maintainability, and environmental compliance.• Identify and execute cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or safety.• Introduce technical innovations that improve efficiency, cost and reduce operational risks.
Other:

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering. • At least ten (10)+ years' of hands-on experience in structural engineering, design and commissioning support of combustion turbine exhaust systems.• Proven success at leading team of technical workers to complete projects on time and accurate.• Functional in utilizing spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and computer operations.• Proficient in engineering software STAAD Pro, ANSYS, and Mathcad is preferred.• Knowledge in structural steel design with AISC, AWS, CBC, and Canadian Steel Codes is preferred. • Advanced knowledge of engineering standards including ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC 360, and IBC.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The Sr HR Systems and M&A Specialist is a critical contributor to the company's growth strategy, serving as both a senior HR systems expert and the primary HR partner for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integration activities. This role leads HR systems due diligence, integration planning, and execution while also owning the design, optimization, and ongoing support of the company's HR technology ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on ADP and iCIMS.
This position partners closely with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and business leaders to assess acquisition readiness, identify HR technology risks and dependencies, define target-state solutions, and ensure seamless post-close integrations. The role balances hands-on system configuration and administration with strategic advisory responsibilities to ensure scalable, compliant, and data-driven HR systems that support both organic growth and M&A-driven expansion.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
HR Systems Strategy, Administration & Optimization
* Act as a subject matter expert for ADP and iCIMS, providing advanced system configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Workforce Management modules.
* Partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into system solutions, and recommend best-practice configurations aligned with organizational strategy.
* Lead enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve system usability, data quality, automation, and reporting capabilities.
* Own HR systems data governance, including data structure, security roles, audit controls, and compliance with employment, payroll, and data privacy regulations.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, standard reports, and ad hoc analytics to support workforce planning, operational insights, and executive decision-making.
* Ensure system accuracy and integrity through regular audits, reconciliations, testing, and validation of data and system functionality.
M&A Due Diligence & Integration
* Serve as the HR lead for M&A activities, supporting due diligence by assessing target companies' HR systems, data quality, processes, risks, and integration complexity.
* Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and external advisors to evaluate HR implications during pre-close and post-close phases.
* Develop and execute HR integration plans, including data mapping, migration strategy, configuration alignment, testing, and cutover planning.
* Lead or support employee data conversions, system consolidations, and decommissioning of legacy systems while minimizing disruption to payroll, benefits, and employee experience.
* Identify opportunities to standardize processes and systems post-acquisition while balancing change management and business continuity needs.
* Support divestitures and carve-outs by executing data separation, system reconfiguration, and compliance requirements.
Integrations, Vendor & Stakeholder Management
* Collaborate closely with IT and external vendors to design, implement, and maintain integrations between ADP, iCIMS, and other enterprise systems using APIs and third-party tools.
* Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues, partnering with vendors and escalating as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
* Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, including issue resolution, roadmap discussions, and support of contract-related activities.
Documentation, Training & Change Support
* Create and maintain system documentation, including configuration documentation, process flows, standard operating procedures, and end-user guides.
* Support system training and change management efforts by partnering with HR Operations and COEs to ensure adoption of new features and processes.
* Provide Tier 2/3 support for HR systems issues and mentor junior HRIS or HR Operations team members as needed.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
* Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in HR systems, HRIS, or HR technology roles.
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience administering and configuring enterprise HRIS platforms (ADP experience strongly preferred; iCIMS experience highly desirable).
* Demonstrated experience supporting M&A due diligence, system integrations, or large-scale HR system implementations preferred.
* Licensing or Certifications (Preferred)
* ADP Workforce Now or ADP Enterprise certification.
* iCIMS platform certification.
* HRIS, HR analytics, or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, SHRM-CP/SCP) a plus.

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing quality control operations within the plant; supporting both internal and external quality initiatives. This role ensures that inspections, audits, and quality procedures are executed effectively and consistently. * Review quality audit data and act with production team associates to make the necessary changes to improve product and process controls.
* Works with incoming customer inspectors to support them with documentation, paperwork and questionnaires. Addresses the nonconformance that comes from the audits.
* Support the Quality team in the writing and maintenance of quality procedures. Also support the development of standard work.
* Enter nonconformances into the system, defining the path forward with a resolution. Perform root cause analysis (if required), developing a quick resolution to any nonconformances ensuring adherence to procedures and specifications.
* Provides Quality reference materials as needed, consisting of component standards, design folders, customer specifications, defect guides, etc.
* Manage key quality logs, reports, and KPI's to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

This position is responsible for leading a team and performing the mechanical design, and the structural & civil engineering of combustion turbine exhaust duct systems for global projects in the Emissions Platform.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Project Execution:
• Performs structural, thermal, vibration analysis calculations using customer specifications, governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience. Per the direction of the Project Team Leaders (PM's & PE's).
• Provide required support and information to our supply chain department to allow for the global sourcing, fabrication, of exhaust systems.
• Provide direct support to the selected third-party contractor during the fabrication process.
• Generate all documentation and instructions for the erection, rigging, transportation and installation of the exhaust system.
• Support construction services and field services group with any project or warranty work.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.
Team Leadership:
• Lead a team in the structural and mechanical designers of turbine exhaust systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Supervise and direct a remote team of designers and drafters to ensure timely and accurate completion of project deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight for distributed teams.
Technical Leadership:
• Provide guidance to junior engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Working with Project and Supply Chain; Collaborate with OEMs, suppliers, and construction partners to ensure quality and project performance requirements.
Product Advancement:
• Develop and implement new designs to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Drive life-cycle improvements, including durability, maintainability, and environmental compliance.
• Identify and execute cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
• Introduce technical innovations that improve efficiency, cost and reduce operational risks.
Other:
• May serve as Project Engineer and as a designated Client contact on smaller, less complex projects.
• Reviews shop fabrication drawings when provided by the vendor or lead a team of design drafters in generating detail drawings for fabricators to build ducting.
• Develop probable equipment size and cost estimates to be utilized by the sales team.
• Supports sales team as required to secure future work.
• Coordinates work with other disciplines such as Process, Mechanical, Application, Electrical, and Project as needed.
• Uses computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering design documents.
• Attends and participates in Client, Construction and Vendor meetings.
• Coordinates with internal and external partners including other engineering disciplines, construction partners, third-party subcontractors, and owners to address related issues or concerns.
• Performs field activities as required to execute work.
• Organizes, drafts, and coordinates engineering documents.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least ten (10)+ years' of hands-on experience in structural engineering, design and commissioning support of combustion turbine exhaust systems.
• Proven success at leading team of technical workers to complete projects on time and accurate.
• Functional in utilizing spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and computer operations.
• Proficient in engineering software STAAD Pro, ANSYS, and Mathcad is preferred.
• Knowledge in structural steel design with AISC, AWS, CBC, and Canadian Steel Codes is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering standards including ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC 360, and IBC.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the power industry or industrial markets is preferred.
• Knowledge in shallow, mat and deep foundation design is preferred.
Licensing/Certifications:
• Licensed Professional Engineer is strongly preferred.
Travel Requirements:
• The ability to travel when necessary.
• Valid Driver's License.

In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety while working on complex assemblies. Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Layout, position, align, and fit components together according to engineering specifications.
