The Accountant III, Accounting Services, is responsible for the performance of transactional and operational accounting duties for the assigned entities and functional areas. This role will apply accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements, and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures to close the financial period and support audits of such information.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Responsible for the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing process, ensuring transactions are in accordance with US GAAP and internal policies and procedures are followed and communicate exceptions to management.
• Participates in relevant aspects of transactional accounting primarily for the Americas region and other operational/platform accounting areas as assigned.
• Performs the preparation of general ledger entries, ensuring adequate supporting documentation exists and maintains the associated records and files.
• Prepares & reviews reconciliations by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system, other departments, and external sources.
• Completes analysis of general ledger account fluctuations.
• Interprets the meaning of accounting records, reports, and statements.
• Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting.
• Provides internal and external audit support including work papers and responding to audit inquiries and requests.
• Assists with internal control testing and documentation in compliance with internal SOX controls.
• Implements and follows current accounting procedures.
• Actively participates in initiatives and special projects as required by management.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA Encouraged.
• 6+ years of experience required.
• Intermediate understanding of US GAAP, financial statements, and accounting theory required, including SOX compliance.
• Be a proactive advocate of change through analysis of the business processes.
• Advanced skill in Excel, Word with strong written and oral communication skills that enables clear communication to all levels of management.
• Execute responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through.

The Planner/Scheduler is responsible for the planning, scheduling and works in collaboration with Purchasing / Customer Service to support the manufacturing operation of the plant. Manages the effective scheduling of production for each shop area as required. Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Develops production schedule, monitors daily schedule and adjusts as needs arise based on customer demands.
* Communicates with customer service, manufacturing and planning, daily, regarding identified concerns with availability of materials and supplies, both manufacturing and purchased, equipment failures, customer demands and deviations that impact the attainment of the production schedule.
* Monitors and anticipates when change may be needed to the production schedule in order to support on-time delivery of customer demand along with tracking and analyzing data.
* Coordinates viable solutions to problems related to production schedule such as material shortages, rejections, scraps, rework, etc.
* Develop materials logistics and storage plans for new spaces for operational readiness.
* Works closely with Purchasing, Customer Service and Production to update and maintain quality and on-hand inventory.
* Updates and communicates plans daily to meet changing project needs.
* Provides leadership in resolving supply chain disruptions.
* Oversee the movement and accuracy of inventory to improve metrics including delivery, quality, shortage, back order and cycle time.
* Establishes min and max levels, reorder levels and order quantities.

Required Qualifications:
* 3-5 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment as a planner or coordinator.

* Generate clear/concise reports indicating key issues.
* Microsoft Office Applications Experience (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.).
* Strong communication and organization skills both verbal and written.
* Working ERP/MRP knowledge; MS AX and/or D365 a plus.

The Field Service Specialist serves as a subject matter expert, responsible for design drawing review, factory testing, installation, startup / commissioning, balancing, alignment and resolution of technical issues for rotating equipment used for hot exhaust flow and ambient flow varying from low voltage to medium voltage applications. Fan/Motor size vary from 10HP to 5000 HP. This position also inspects product quality of various equipment used in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and Combustion equipment in the field and at fabricators to ensure product inspections and quality control procedures are performed and conducted as defined in the product specifications; and standards required by our customers/end user are fulfilled. The Field Service Specialist can adequately represent the company at customer/end user site.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Oversees equipment installations and complete start-up and commissioning on all rotating fans/motors used in SCR systems.
Verifies design meets requirements, Inspects equipment supplied matches approved drawings.
Perform vibration analysis on fan & bearings, perform alignment and balance to ensure vibration levels meet customer specified vibration tolerances such as G2.5 or ISO10816.
Ensures bearings are oiled or greased correctly and site management is trained for maintenance.
Documents each trip In a timely manner with a proper / formal field report with back up timesheets, expense reports and customer signatures. Ensures completeness without clerical errors.
Performs Site testing or factory testing to ensure all instruments are installed & working correctly.
Analyzes field observation or site data, troubleshoots high vibration, high temperatures, harmonics, high motor amps, fan trips during start up, etc. during install or warranty and provides proper root cause associated with the issue and suggested fix to resolve nonconformance.
Works closely with applications and engineering personnel on activities concerned with installing equipment, investigating, and resolving customer reports of technical problems with equipment and preventative maintenance.
Leads site crew for turnkey installs or modifications at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
Advises field erector with proper means and methods to lift and install equipment efficiently and safely. Provides necessary written up installation sequence or pending activities / punch list to finish install.
Reviews performance reports and documentation from customers and field representatives and inspects malfunctioning or damaged products to determine nature and scope of problem.
Analyzes and reviews inspection findings to determine source of problem, and recommends repair, replacement, or other corrective action.
Comprehends wiring schematics and diagrams for all equipment.
Coordinates problem resolution with engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs.
May provide on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair non-rotating equipment.
Maintains records of performance reports by completing documentation (including work orders for each job, maintenance checklists, etc…)
Ensures daily/weekly/monthly reporting, as well as any other general correspondence, is communicated accurately, concisely, and in a form appropriate to the target audience.
Conducts quality inspections at fabrication sites to ensure all quality steps are followed, lessening the chance of quality defects in the field.
Increases CECO awareness of how CECO products and service offerings can benefit their operations.
Develops and conducts training in the safe operations of the equipment and demonstrates skills to trainees, including both team members and customers.
Travel frequently to customer sites, sometimes on weekends, as required to meet customers' needs.
Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in accordance with guidelines established by the Company/OSHA; pursues safety initiatives in support of the Company's vision of “zero accidents”; maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
Cross train and perform AFCU Skid commissioning or SCR Construction services instead of fan related task, based on priorities and availability.
May have to perform other task as needed to resolve site issues such as currenting a beam to remove fan or resolving valve issue or torquing bolts etc.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma required, bachelor's or associate degree in related field preferred.
8+ years' experience working as a Field Services Specialist, Technician or Site Commissioning.
Valid in-state driver's license. Driving record must meet acceptable company standards and be maintained as such to operate a vehicle while on company business.
Demonstrated track record of communicating and training plant associates to achieve the required knowledge transfer of equipment operations and safety features, as well as effectively communicating with customers and co-workers.
Experience in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) or related equipment, control systems and field startup/ commissioning preferable. Knowledge of combustion, air flow, differential pressure in liquids and gases, and other experience from chemical, hydrocarbon, and acid gas process streams preferred.
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel when necessary.

Work Environment: This position is based at the headquarters located in Dallas, TX. Minimal physical requirements, primarily computer use, and communication via virtual platforms, are necessary. Flexibility to adapt to occasional scheduled video meetings and collaborative tasks is essential.

This position will be responsible for the engineering and design of custom engineered industrial OEM panels and equipment in the Emissions Platform of CECO.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Develop the complete technical design of electrical panels, including junction boxes, heater control panels, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), motor starter panels, variable frequency drives, and general motor controls.
• Extensive knowledge of how to lay out the internal components inside a panel for the engineered products listed above.
• Generate the following engineering drawings related to panel design: panel external layout drawings, back panel internal layout drawings, wiring diagrams.
• Understand and generate logic diagrams, specifically SAMA process control logic diagrams and Boolean ladder logic diagrams.
• Understanding P&IDs and how the components on a P&ID are translated to panel designs, wiring diagrams, and logic diagrams.
• Incorporate customer specifications and requirements into equipment design.
• Generate the following additional supplementary engineering deliverables: one-line diagrams, cause and effect tables, cable schedules, conduit and routing plans. (heat tracing, area lighting, and HVAC sizing for panels is a plus)
• Provides technical support for fabricators during the fabrication of equipment.
• Performs inspection of equipment (including factory acceptance test) at fabricators' shop.
• Communicates directly with customers, suppliers, fabricators, and sales.
Required Qualifications:

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing quality control operations within the plant; supporting both internal and external quality initiatives. * Travel up to 10-15% for supplier audits and cross-site support.
* Comply with company safety and operational guidelines.
* Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned by the Quality Manager and/or the Plant Manager.
Required Qualifications:
* A High School Diploma required; associate's degree preferred.

The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from conception through completion. This role ensures that all technical aspects of a project are aligned with organizational goals, budget constraints, and timeline requirements. Also, collaborates with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality outcomes. Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Analyzes project specifications and performance requirements to determine the appropriate equipment design.
* Provides engineering and technical support to the Project Management team on Original Equipment projects.
* Provides technical support to the Aftermarket team as needed.
* Provides technical information concerning manufacturing or processing techniques, materials, properties, and process advantages and limitations.
* Confers with other personnel to clarify or resolve problems and develop suitable product designs.
* Creates and reviews technical datasheets (regular and ISF formats).
* Reviews of general arrangement and detail drawings.
* Directs preparation of product or system layouts, detailed drawings, and schematics.
* Evaluates field installations and recommends design modifications to eliminate malfunctions.
* Evaluates and approves structural designs as necessary.
* Provides analytical calculations to ensure that the equipment is in accordance to governing codes and regulations.
* Participate in new product or product development strategies.
* Travels to customer or vendor sites as necessary to participate in meetings or inspections.
* Maintains current knowledge of new trends in products/processes.
* Attend internal meetings as required.
* Completes project-specific engineering output for assigned projects, including the creation of all equipment specifications, production of drawings, and review of Bills of Material.
* Interfaces directly with vendors, customers, consulting engineers, and representatives regarding project engineering issues.
* Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
* BS degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
* Must have 8+ years of engineering experience.
* Experience interfacing with marketing, sales, manufacturing, and vendors regarding solution of product problems and translation of customer requirements into product specifications.
* Ability to demonstrate creativity and analytical engineering skills in the application of technologies to new projects.
* Ability to overcome obstacles, to achieve goals and adapt to a changing environment.
* Ability to travel, as required.
* Experience using MS Office, Excel, and other normal business software.
* Proficient in the use of AutoCAD (2-D and 3-D).

• Report on chronic quality issues at plant level and report defects over allowable specifications to the Quality Manager and/or the Plant Manager and/or a Level III Inspector.
• Review quality audit data and act with production team associates to make the necessary changes to improve product and process controls.
• Works with incoming customer inspectors to support them with documentation, paperwork and questionnaires. Addresses the nonconformance that comes from the audits.
• Support the Quality team in the writing and maintenance of quality procedures. Also support the development of standard work.
• Enter nonconformances into the system, defining the path forward with a resolution. Perform root cause analysis (if required), developing a quick resolution to any nonconformances ensuring adherence to procedures and specifications.
• Provides Quality reference materials as needed, consisting of component standards, design folders, customer specifications, defect guides, etc.
• Manage key quality logs, reports, and KPI's to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support welder testing and training to drive high quality welding work in the plant.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for audits and inspections.
• Travel up to 10-15% for supplier audits and cross-site support.
• Comply with company safety and operational guidelines.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned by the Quality Manager and/or the Plant Manager.
Required Qualifications:
• A High School Diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5+ years' experience in Quality Assurance and Manufacturing.
• A demonstrated track record of communicating and training associates to achieve the quality standards required.
• Displays the need for thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Lean manufacturing is preferred.
• An understanding of Quality standards (ISO, ASM, NQA) is a plus.
Licensing or Certifications:
• NDT Level II VT certification required.
• NDT Level II PT, MT certification is preferred.
• CWI certification is a plus.
Travel Requirements:
• Travel is required; must have the ability to travel across borders. Approx. 10-15%.
• Valid Driver's License.

The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from conception through completion. This role ensures that all technical aspects of a project are aligned with organizational goals, budget constraints, and timeline requirements. Also, collaborates with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality outcomes. Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Analyzes project specifications and performance requirements to determine the appropriate equipment design.
Provides engineering and technical support to the Project Management team on Original Equipment projects.
Provides technical support to the Aftermarket team as needed.
Provides technical information concerning manufacturing or processing techniques, materials, properties, and process advantages and limitations.
Confers with other personnel to clarify or resolve problems and develop suitable product designs.
Creates and reviews technical datasheets (regular and ISF formats).
Reviews of general arrangement and detail drawings.
Directs preparation of product or system layouts, detailed drawings, and schematics.
Evaluates field installations and recommends design modifications to eliminate malfunctions.
Evaluates and approves structural designs as necessary.
Provides analytical calculations to ensure that the equipment is in accordance to governing codes and regulations.
Participate in new product or product development strategies.
Travels to customer or vendor sites as necessary to participate in meetings or inspections.
Maintains current knowledge of new trends in products/processes.
Attend internal meetings as required.
Completes project-specific engineering output for assigned projects, including the creation of all equipment specifications, production of drawings, and review of Bills of Material.
Interfaces directly with vendors, customers, consulting engineers, and representatives regarding project engineering issues.
Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
BS degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
Must have 8+ years of engineering experience.
Experience interfacing with marketing, sales, manufacturing, and vendors regarding solution of product problems and translation of customer requirements into product specifications.
