ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: Established in 1970, Boley Centers, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization serving individuals with mental disabilities, individuals and families who are homeless, Veterans and youth in Pinellas County. Boley Centers, Inc., a nationally recognized and accredited behavioral health care agency, has an opening for a full-time Overnight Residential Technician to provide overnight safety and security of the clients and facility. The Overnight Residential Technician will routinely interact with clients, monitor medications and perform routine housekeeping, record keeping and other duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
At least every two hours, assures all doors and windows are secured and locked and performs housekeeping chores as assigned/necessary to include tasks normally associated with proper maintenance and upkeep of living quarters, i.e. vacuuming, dusting, wiping/washing various surfaces, trash removal, etc.
Performs regular bed checks throughout shift and conducts walk-through at end of shift to ensure all consumers are accounted for and documents findings as appropriate.
Monitors and distributes medications to clients, maintaining control of medications and completes records and reports regarding medications, i.e. controlled medication count.
Provides transportation as needed.
Records in appropriate logs, journals and official records, observations regarding client behavior, unusual activities/events that may be proper to communicate to other staff and other information that is deemed appropriate to ensure the safe and effective operation of the facility.
Responds to crisis situations by applying verbal de-escalation/interventions appropriate to the level of the situation at hand, notifies appropriate individual and completes appropriate documentation.
Validates bed days in a timely manner.
Scans documentation into official records and forwards documents scanned to medical records for validation.
Completes missing person reports, and related documentation, and notifies appropriate staff in a timely manner.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED required.
Six months of experience working in a human services organization. 30 hours of college credits can be substituted for experience. Experience working with individuals with mental illness and some knowledge of mental illness preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver's license required.
Must pass a level II background check and drug screen.

Powell ServiceTechnicians are responsible for ensuring the end-to-end safety, quality and performance of Powell equipment across the US and Canada. Essential Responsibilities
Adhere to Powell's current safety and quality standards
Complete all site documentation in a timely manner; including but not limited to, weekly time sheets, signed service and repair order, materials used and report writing.
Provide regular and clear communication regarding work schedule to Field Operations Scheduler and District Service Manager
Maintain flexible work hours, which will include over time and periodic weekend support
Must be available to travel up to 85% of the year.
Comply with Powell‘s standard operating procedures, documentation processes, safety processes and protocols.
Coordinate with Powell Project management, customers, vendors, and labor support in a professional and customer-centric manner
Able to work in different roles from supporting the Manufacturing Department within house fabrication, to overseeing small crews on installation projects.
Switchgear and PCR installations
DC / AC Switchgear
Perform performance testing on Powell equipment and components, including but not limited to; insulation testing (megger testing), Ductor, Hi Potential testing, torque tests and mechanical / functional testing.
Perform regular inspections of any issued vehicle or calibrated equipment/tools.
Provide support to services manufacturing group. May consist of construction, installation, wiring and testing.
Duties will include local and domestic travel, PCR installation, switchgear installation, PowlVac breakers, also trouble shooting, testing and repair of mentioned items.
Minimum Qualifications
Fieldservicetechnicians are required to have two or more years as a shop and / or field electrical / breaker technician.
Exhibit basic knowledge of Electrical Industry manufacturing standards. Specific standards include sections of ANSI IEEE C37 applicable to the design and manufacture of breakers and switchgear.
Basic knowledge of the following: ANSI IEEE device function numbers; ampacities of electrical conductors in switchgear applications
Basic knowledge of electrical air and surface creepage clearance requirements.
Basic knowledge in writing accurate and complete test reports, project summaries and has the ability to explain basic anomalies found on a given project.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic familiarity with contactor and circuit breaker schematics (Preferred).
Basic understanding of hi potential testing (Preferred)
Basic understanding of low resistance testing (Preferred).
Basic working knowledge of mechanical and electrical functional testing of circuit breakers and electrical switchgear (Preferred).
NICET Level 1 certification (Preferred).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and finalize design plans and details using appropriate and efficient methods and adhering to Geosyntec design/drafting standards.

Maintain a record of all cases sent to the Code Enforcement Board and the Contractor's Licensing and Examination Board for enforcement action.
Review and Process Complaint Cases for Contractor's Licensing and Examination Board. Review complaint to determine if sufficient evidence has been submitted to support alleged violation, making determination as to whether it is within the scope of the Leon County Contractor's Licensing Board. If the complaint is non-jurisdictional, forward it to appropriate agency: Department of Business and Professional Regulation, City of Tallahassee Building Department, or back to the complainant with a letter of explanation.
Meet with the builders and public to resolve problems and questions regarding contractors and contractor's licensing reciprocity applications. Explain procedures for becoming licensed in Leon County, interpreting Board policy & procedures, local codes and ordinances. Assist in Contractors application preparation; informing applicant of the Contractor's Licensing Board's requirements and test registration procedures, and the process for registering with the State of Florida. Create file and process application packet.
Prepare and administer Excavation Contractor Exams. Communicate verbally and in writing of what the requirements are for becoming an excavation contractor as set by the Contractors Licensing and Examination Board, assisting if needed to complete application. Coordinate, prepare and present application to Contractors Licensing and Examination Board. Administer and grade test.
Prepare a monthly agenda package for the Code Enforcement Board and the Contractor's Licensing and Examination Board. Compose and prepare staff reports and supporting documentation to include investigation of background information for each case to be presented to the Board. Make appropriate number of copies of each case package and compile the cases into individual agenda packages for each board member and staff members.
Attend monthly Code Enforcement Board and the Contractor's Licensing and Examination Board meetings. Prepare, coordinate and facilitate the agenda for each Code Enforcement Board and Contractor's Licensing and Examination Board meeting. Prepare, coordinate and present cases to Board; and introduce new applicants. Take notes and record the Code Enforcement Board and Contractor's Licensing and Examination Board motions and requests for information through the operation of a lap top computer, recorder, and electronic equipment.
Prepare a Summary of Minutes of the Code Enforcement Board and the Contractor's Licensing and Examination Board meetings. Compose and transcribe the minutes of the each Board meeting via electronic recordings or notes taken at the meeting. Present completed minutes to the respective Board for approval.
Prepare Code Enforcement Board and Contractor's Licensing and Examination Board Orders and General Correspondence. Compose and prepare all orders of the Code Enforcement Board and Contractor's Licensing and Examination Board. Compose and prepare general correspondence for each Board. Present completed orders to the Chairman for execution. Send a copy of the order to the Respondent. Send original order to the Clerk's office to be recorded in the Public Records of Leon County, as well as send certified copy and supporting documentation to Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Abandoned Property Registration (APR) Program. Receive phone calls and walk in customers regarding the Abandoned Property Registration Program. Notify the Lenders and track all Foreclosed Properties within the unincorporated area. Receive and Process Abandoned Property Registration information and fees via Permit Enforcement Tracking System (PETS). Notify Mortgage Companies and Banks for failure to comply with APR Ordinance via Notice of Violation.
Refueling Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Program. Receive and track refueling assistance complaints via phone, in person or in writing within the unincorporated area. Route complaints for inspections to ensure compliance prior to referring to Code Enforcement Board for resolution or referral to American Disabilities Act (ADA) for investigation. Notify Gas Station owners for failure to comply with the Refueling Assistance Ordinance via Notice of Viiolation.
