I really did hit the jackpot when it comes to working for a "corporation". 11 years and counting!
It can be a grueling & daunting tasks at times. We expect hard work. It is not a luxurious industry. We work with some of the hardest working men & women keeping America running & we cater to them in all areas of our business.
Time off. I have never been denied personal time of in my 11 years. I also greatly appreciate that my management makes sure I feel valued as an employee and as one of their most valuable assets.
Leadership is focused on growing their team and seeing everyone succeed. Our CEO does a great job supporting our locations & keeping on top of them to be sure they are keeping up with standards and being held accountable for their performances.
