Job Description
Join CEDA and help the company build relationships with current and prospective clients to acquire new business and expand CEDA's service offering in the U.S. market. CEDA is a growing company in the US market and has a strong technical capacity to execute complex industrial services work in all industries. Reporting to the VP, Business Development this is a Monday-Friday position and is based out of Pasadena, Texas.
This role is perfect for a mid-senior sales professional who wants to join a highly competent operations team and be a critical factor in CEDA's US market growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Use industry knowledge to build partnerships with current and new customers and expand CEDA's presence in U.S. markets.
Work directly with the operations team to ensure smooth and effective start-up of new site opportunities, monitoring performance and collaborating with both client and operations teams to deliver value.
Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all internal, client, and legislative health and safety programs.
Maintain open, transparent communication with field leaders and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with the operations team and VP, Business Development, to develop and maintain an effective business development and sales strategy for the U.S. market.
Actively scan the market to identify new service and contractual opportunities.
Conduct in-depth analysis of identified target markets and identify opportunities that align with CEDA's growth targets.
Track and organize sales activities in CRM software (Salesforce) to manage opportunities with prospective and existing customers.
Summarize CEDA's value proposition, activity schedules, and resource requirements to support new opportunities, working closely with site-based operations teams, clients, and service line staff.
Provide revenue growth forecasts for assigned accounts or contracts, outlining strategies, schedules, and resources required to achieve targets.
Participate and promote CEDA at external functions, industry events, and conferences.

Role Specifications
10+ years of progressive experience in business development, account management, or sales within the industrial services, energy, or related sectors in the U.S. market.
Strong understanding of U.S. industrial markets, with the ability to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
Proven success building and maintaining long-term client relationships at multiple organizational levels.
Preference given to individuals with experience in industrial services such as Chemical cleaning, pigging and decoking, high pressure and vacuum services
Personal Characteristics
Professionalism: you can naturally switch gears from the field to the corporate setting. Your leadership experience helps you to build relationships at all levels internally and externally
Business acumen: You understand the economics of CEDA's opportunities and can recognize what is a benefit
Familiarity with the industrial and energy sectors in the U.S. market is considered an asset.
Advanced sales skills including networking, cold calling, presentation skills and market knowledge is considered an asset.

What you'll do…
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician with experience in low-voltage and 3-phase power systems, generator maintenance, and field-based troubleshooting. This position requires hands-on work in the field-outdoors, in all weather-maintaining and repairing switchgear, generators, circuit breakers, and 24V control cabinets. You will work remotely in the field at the location specified in the job posting and will report directly to the Area Manager for that region.
You'll make an impact by:
· Performing routine electrical maintenance on generators, switchgear, circuit breakers, and 24V control cabinets.
· Troubleshooting and repairing 3-phase power systems, wiring, and generator controls.
· Diagnosing faults in electrical panels, motor controls, and 24V systems.

· Accurately logging work orders and tracking time via mobile tools and apps.

Requirements

The Facilities Manager will lead building management and preparedness across multiple locations that include office buildings, manufacturing sites, inventory warehouses and yards. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and coordination with landlord as well as execution of projects that improve safety, quality, and operational compliance of each facility.

What you'll do…
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician, Automation & Controls to support the integration, commissioning, and optimization of generator packages and electrical systems within advanced microgrid projects. This role is hands-on and dynamic, requiring expertise in automation, controls, and system performance to help ensure reliable, safe, and compliant operations. This is a field position based out of San Antonio, Texas and will report directly to the Manager of Automation & Controls Engineering.
You'll make an impact by:
System Integration & Commissioning
Contributing to the integration of generator packages, switchgear, and electrical systems in line with project specifications, safety protocols, and timelines.
Carrying out and validate cable schedules, control packages, and system testing protocols.
Performing start-up and performance testing activities to confirm operational readiness and safety compliance.
Project Execution & Handover
Supporting the transition from construction to commissioning and operations teams by confirming integration requirements are met.
Tracking and closing punch list items by documenting deficiencies and assisting with resolution.
Providing troubleshooting support during early operational phases following system integration.
Technical Contribution
Assisting in troubleshooting automation, protection, and control systems (e.g., Schneider PLCs, DeepSea Controllers, ABB Relays, SEL devices).
Participating in the development and delivery of training for site personnel and contractors on microgrid operations, controls, and start-up procedures.
Helping maintain documentation control and reporting, ensuring accurate project records.
Collaboration & Reporting
Communicating progress and technical findings with project management and integration teams.
Using tracking tools to update key milestones, risks, and solutions.
Contributing to identifying risks and ensuring compliance with SHE standards, company protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Safely preparing, operating, and maintaining a motor vehicle for purposes of conducting company business

Job Description
Join CEDA and help the company build relationships with current and prospective clients to acquire new business and expand CEDA's service offering in the U.S. market. Reporting to the VP, Business Development this is a Monday-Friday position and is based out of Pasadena, Texas.
This role is perfect for a mid-senior sales professional who wants to join a highly competent operations team and be a critical factor in CEDA's US market growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Use industry knowledge to build partnerships with current and new customers and expand CEDA's presence in U.S. markets.
Work directly with the operations team to ensure smooth and effective start-up of new site opportunities, monitoring performance and collaborating with both client and operations teams to deliver value.
Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all internal, client, and legislative health and safety programs.
Maintain open, transparent communication with field leaders and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with the operations team and VP, Business Development, to develop and maintain an effective business development and sales strategy for the U.S. market.
Actively scan the market to identify new service and contractual opportunities.
Conduct in-depth analysis of identified target markets and identify opportunities that align with CEDA's growth targets.
Track and organize sales activities in CRM software (Salesforce) to manage opportunities with prospective and existing customers.
Summarize CEDA's value proposition, activity schedules, and resource requirements to support new opportunities, working closely with site-based operations teams, clients, and service line staff.
Provide revenue growth forecasts for assigned accounts or contracts, outlining strategies, schedules, and resources required to achieve targets.

Role Specifications
10+ years of progressive experience in business development, account management, or sales within the industrial services, energy, or related sectors in the U.S. market.
Strong understanding of U.S. industrial markets, with the ability to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
Proven success building and maintaining long-term client relationships at multiple organizational levels.
Preference given to individuals with experience in industrial services such as Chemical cleaning, pigging and decoking, high pressure and vacuum services
Personal Characteristics
