The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting 2 - 3 Vice Presidents by ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities through timely calendar and expense management, domestic and international travel arrangement and meeting preparation. When no wireline services are available, they reach out to BeyondReach to help them design & implement a solution to meet the client's needs. This role will work closely with customers, sales and product development to align our technology, processes and delivery of services through designing and planning telecom networks. What You Will Accomplish and Experience Design and implement telecom networks using a variety of different applications Analyze telecom infrastructure and make appropriate cost-effective design recommendations Requisition hardware necessary to deliver technology solutions Assist with identification and qualification of new solutions Resolve escalation issues regarding adjustments, incorrect material, or delivery problems.
